Gold Service is available around the clock.  It is offered on an attended basis on weekdays from 6 A.M. till 11 P.M. and on weekends from 6:30 A.M. till 11 P.M. Gold Service is unattended at all other times.

Hertz Car Rental - MSP Airport Location

The Hertz Rental counter at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport is located in the Hub building. Telephones and touch-screen kiosks are available on the Baggage Claim Level at the Lindbergh Terminal. An underground tram connects the Lindbergh Terminal and the Hub building.

Both the railroad station and the bus station are approximately 20 minutes away. Hertz Rental reservations customers are eligible for reimbursement of cab fare upon presentation of a receipt (up to $15 for the railroad station, up to $3 for the bus station).*
