The room, while somewhat dated, was fine and clean and the bed was comfortable. We were there only one night and were not able to take advantage of enjoying the pool or other amenities, but we would like to do so on a future trip.
One thing that could be a great help to travelers is access to a guest laundry. We stayed at this hotel on our last night in Minneapolis. It would have been great to launder our clothes, repack and head home with freshly cleaned clothing.
Having that convenience would raise the score considerably!

The staff behind the desk was very nice. The pool area is nice. The breakfast room was ok but did not feel air conditioned since it was off the pool area.
The room was ok….it is dated. The closet doors were old and not fitting. The front door was hard to open/needed some adjustment. There were stains throughout the bathroom. There is no working exhaust fan in the bathroom.
The room appears cleaned but the overall quality was poor. It is disappointing that room costs over $120 per night and overall quality being what it was.

The price was great, and the location was ideal! We also appreciated the ability to use the shuttle from the airport and to the mall! The shuttle drivers were very helpful and friendly! The room was quiet and clean, and the breakfast was an added bonus.

We usually have great experience with Choice hotels. The lobby and common areas showed a lot of wear. The hallways smelled so strong of weed. Most of the hotel had a musty nauseating smell. I was completely dreading our room, but to our surprise it did not have a bad smell and was clean. The bed was also comfortable. The hotel is connected to an Outback Steakhouse, which was a good experience. If you want to be close to the Mall, Great Wolfe or the interstate you would have that with this hotel. I was not a fan of the location. The area was crowded and busy.

I had a fantastic experience staying at a Choice Hotel near the Mall of America in Minneapolis–St. Paul! From check-in to check-out, the service was friendly and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

One of the biggest highlights was the location — just minutes away from the Mall of America, which made shopping and dining super convenient. I also appreciated the free shuttle service to the mall and airport, which made getting around stress-free.

The complimentary breakfast each morning was a great touch, offering a good variety of hot and cold options. The hotel also had a nice fitness center and a peaceful atmosphere, which I really enjoyed after a busy day out.

Overall, I highly recommend this Choice Hotel location if you’re visiting the Twin Cities and want to be close to the Mall of America. Great value, excellent service, and a perfect location!
