I had an exceptional experience at this hotel! The customer service was above and beyond. I was able to check in early due to some issues with sea life, which was a great relief. When I inquired about the shuttle, the staff not only explained where to go but also called me back to ensure I was at the right location.

Later in the afternoon, I returned to the mall and realized I had forgotten my phone. The shuttle driver graciously drove me back to the hotel, waited for me to retrieve my phone, and then brought my daughter and me back to the mall. These gestures truly meant a lot, especially since I traveled all the way from Rhode Island just to visit the mall.

The room was clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

I am beyond grateful for the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, and I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

Typical Hampton inn. The rooms in common areas were clean and well kept. Staff was friendly. It’s located near the airport but not too much ambient noise. Lot of the gym equipment was broken. Not much weight training stuff. Could use an update. Over all nice hotel in a convenient area. Lots of food establishments near vicinity

Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Bedroom was nice and comfortable and I was able to sleep comfortably. Breakfast was good, but I recommend coming down within the first hour it starts because it gets full and busy quickly. Location is also great, although it’s right next to the airport you don’t typically hear many planes, and it’s a 20 minute walk to Mall of America(not even a 5 minute drive!) would definitely recommend!

With being close to the airport you wouldn’t be able to tell. It is quiet in the hotel. The front desk is quick to get you checked in and helps to arrange shuttles if needed. The room we stayed in was comfortable. The printed TV guide isn’t very accurate and there are many channels that are not available. It wasn’t a deal breaker as we weren’t in the room except to sleep. Shuttle service is great. Drivers are knowledgeable of road conditions and all drive consciously. We will be back when we are traveling again.

We stayed here 100% for the location as our daughter had a very early flight the next morning and it was perfect.

Our room had everything we needed and was clean.

Service was great, and I especially enjoyed the upbeat helpful staff working before 5 am!!

My husband and I enjoyed the included breakfast before checking out and I was grateful to be able to find some things that are gluten free though having GF cereal options would be nice. Coffee was good.

Clean and comfortable, nothing overly fancy, but nice. We never heard any air traffic/planes while in our room even with the continuous MSP incoming and outgoing flights which was really nice. Close to MOA and IKEA. ||Pool is small (deep end is 5ish feet), but clean. Every time we visited the pool, there were fresh towels available as well as some conveniently placed throughout the pool area on chairs. No hot tub. ||Breakfast was pretty standard. Unfortunately no milk was available when we went for breakfast (apparently the delivery never came). Waffles were good. ||The hotel entrance/lobby seemed to have a rather strong air freshener that was overpowering and fake smelling which would probably be the #1 ‘complaint.’ The hallways also presented this bothersome odor, but thankfully the room did not.

Our room was nice and clean. The staff were really friendly. The complimentary breakfast was good. The pool was clean but they didn’t have pool towels or a hot tub. The hotel is next to the airport so there are airplanes flying over constantly. As an aviation lover, this was an added bonus!!
