Join Dr. Kristen for a barre-inspired class that’ll leave you pulsing, shaking, and feeling that deep, satisfying burn. This class blends classic barre moves with a little extra focus on alignment and strength, so you’re not just working hard — you’re working smart.

Dr. Kristen will guide you through movements that challenge your muscles and will help you feel more connected to your body. Whether you’re new to barre or you’ve been at the barre for years, you’ll get a mix of small, intentional movements and deep holds that just hit different.

Mats, towels and equipment provided for in-class use courtesy of lululemon Mall of America. Fully stocked locker rooms with showers available for use during events.

Check-in is open 15 minutes prior to class start time. Studio is located in the back of the store next to our Fuel Space Cafe. Event guests can enjoy 20% of their purchase at Fuel Space Cafe during an event.

Parking: lululemon Mall of America is located near the West Main Mall Entrance on the 1st level. Most convenient parking is in the WEST RAMP between Nordstrom’s and Macy’s.

When not in the clinic or teaching a class, you can find her walking around the lakes, exploring new restaurants with her husband, or catching a workout (probably barre, boxing, or anything with a good playlist).
