We had a large family reunion over a weekend at this hotel. The location was perfect – easy free shuttle or light rail trip from the airport. Across the street from MOA for fun activities for all, pool for the kids, fire pit, a good included breakfast, comfortable large rooms and beds – and at a very reasonable rate. But, what really makes this hotel outstanding is the staff. Every single member of the staff went above and beyond to provide truly exceptional customer service. Latanya was completely amazing in helping us plan – she was very friendly, responsive, accommodating, and thorough. During our stay, Pierre and the rest of the front desk staff handled our requests graciously and with a smile. The maintenance, cleaning and shuttle staff were also super friendly and helpful. All-in-all, just great! Thanks to everyone for making our weekend a success!

The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, being right across the street from the Mall of America. We stayed for two nights, and the staff and rooms were great. Breakfast was fairly basic, but it met our needs. We were told to contact the front desk for room cleaning, and though I requested it (especially since we had kids with us), no one came, there was TGIF restaurant connected to this hotel which was super convenient. Overall it was a good experience.

Great location! They’re directly across the street from Mall of America and (from what I can tell) there is a sky bridge right on the other side of the parking lot to get you in. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are fantastic. Clean, spacious, and feel more like a small apartment. Highly recommend if you need to stay near the mall. Most of the other guests seemed to be either families or on a business trip. I fell into the latter category and enjoyed having a full size desk and chair to work on, the extra space to separate my sleep from my work, and the great layout of plugs for electronics (no crawling behind cabinets is a big plus). Feels very safe as well. Well lit parking lot in a populated area.

If you plan to visit the Mall of America, this is a great hotel. The staff was great, even the pull out bed was comfortable. Plenty of space in our room, breakfast was great and super easy to get to the Mall and the Blue line for transit. Plus free parking which isn’t the easiest thing to so in the city. Juan at the front desk specifically, was great. There was a stressful moment at check-in, 100% my fault. I was shorter than I normally am, as I panicked. He was patient and professional and really went out of his way to help. Would recommend if the MOA is your destination, or a short lightrail ride to many others.

We always stay here when we come in for a Vikings game. Airport transfers, so great choice when you’re flying in. Great location for catching the train to get anywhere. The Mall of America is across the street. Hotel clean, staff friendly, breakfasts good (& included). What more do you need?

Clean, comfortable well appointed hotel, offering all the comforts of home. Great breakfast options, pool, hot tub, and coin laundry. And free shuttle service. The staff so accommodating and kind – highly recommended this place.

The staff was by far one of the best staffs of any establishment I have ever seen.. the front desk guys were awesome specially Tristan he was slammed and helping everyone with a smile on his face the shuttle drivers were all chatty and very polite very professional and even the maintainence guy was super nice and helpful we were out by the fire after 10 he had to shut it off and we got a little disgruntled he was off the clock turned it on for us for another 15 minutes and chatted with us I thought that was pretty cool… the entire staff goes above and beyond for you. Pool area was well maintained and rooms were super clean. All in all best hotel for the price I have ever been too.
