Honestly! The rooms were very clean, staff very courteous! From the Sales manager, and entire staff that we had encounter with were just awesome to work with. I will rate them a five star plus, for cleanliness and good customer relations. I will recommend this hotel to any group or individual, especially groups planning to have big events nearby, Laura the group sales manager was very approachable and reachable. Thanks to every member of your staff that made my group comfortable.

Excellent location, very friendly staff and service. Will come back to enjoy our stay with them again. What’s nice about it is the level of care and bringing kindness to the guests. It’s accessible to mall of america and Great Wolf Resort and Waterpark. We had an positive experience with staff. Free breakfast is always good if your on a budget.

Visited from Canada, Mall of America was on the list to see as well as other attractions. Hotel is very close to the mall and airport, shuttle available as well. Affordable prices , spacious rooms and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast options, usual items for a Holiday Inn, nothing wrong with consistency. We will definitely stay again.

Excellent location. The shuttle is the best in the business. It will take you and pick you up from both the airport and Mall of America. Never waited more than 15 minutes for the shuttle during the duration of my trip. Rooms were clean, breakfast was excellent and well stocked, all staff were truly exceptional. If I ever come back to the mall of America area, this hotel is where I will be staying! Side note – parking does cost $15/night.

We missed our connection from Richmond to Amsterdam for our 20th wedding anniversary and we’re so disappointed. Booked with this hotel late at night and realized after the fact we had booked twin beds. Thank you to the woman who made our awful day better by upgrading us into a king suite. It was the only thing that went right all day. You didn’t have to do it, and we are so appreciative! The hotel was great, quiet, clean, and the breakfast was great. We would definitely return!

This hotel is very clean, the staff are very sweet and the breakfast is really good. We were able to take a shuttle from the hotel to the Mall of America. Melissa and Eddy were very friendly. Melissa did a great job accommodating us and making our day better after we had to cancel a reservation at another hotel.
