Comfortable rooms that provided me space to work and relax with a little separation. My son enjoyed the pool and easy access to a snack bar for purchase. It was within walking distance or quick Lyft to the Mall for food, shopping and activities. Staff was friendly and efficient, especially for a prompt shuttle to the airport. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the rooms. Nice, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was a good mix, something for everyone. Didn’t realize there was a separate parking fee associated, but it wasn’t too bad ($15ish).

It’s official, Hyatt is the bee’s knees. I stayed at a different Hyatt in MN recently, actually like two blocks away, and it was amazing. I thought I had rebooked the same one for this trip and ended up at this location instead, and it’s still the same amazing experience I remember from the other, and that’s because of the staff! They truly go above and beyond to make your stay feel welcoming from check in to check out. The rooms are great, priced perfectly, and the amenities and breakfast are exactly what you’d hope for. The beds are comfy, self controlled AC, and quiet. The ONLY thing I’d recommend is to bring your own toilet paper. But again, the staff is so sweet and kind, and it screams MN Nice. I can’t get enough.

What I expect from a Hyatt Place. Clean rooms, wonderful staff, and shuttle drivers. Close to the airport with a free shuttle. Parking is $10 a night, FYI. The hotel is close to Mall of America also. Shuttle will take you there. The only downside I saw, and this is outside of the control of the hotel, is there are no restaurants nearby. Shuttle driver told me they are all in the mall. But since they will take you there for free, just head for the mall. (There is a bar and some food available in the lobby)

Great service from front desk and shuttle staff. Place seemed a little understaffed at times, though. I would also expect a microwave in the room given I, and presumably, many other customers are staying multiple days and will likely be reheating food. At least one on each floor would be nice. Going downstairs isn’t too inconvenient, but when the lobby is crowded, it’s kind of a hassle.

This is our go-to hotel when flying out of MSP. The continental breakfast is amazing and having the option to keep our car parked there and get shuttled to the airport is the main reason we stay here! We’ll definitely be back…hopefully sooner than later!

Positive: The location is great if you are looking for a room close to the airport, extended airport parking, or the Mall of America. It is also just a short walk to a light rail stop. I also appreciate a hotel that has couches in every room. Negative: The bathroom was so small you had to straddle the toilet to shut the door. The beds are insanely small. If you book a two-bed room, know they are full-sized beds, not queens. The airport noise is a bit of an annoyance all night long.
