The hotel itself is in a great location for airport access and Mall of America. The elevators were broken, leaving one very small elevator for access to 3 buildings of rooms. The elevator was dirty. The carpet was disgusting and torn in places.

The coffee/breakfast bar had one employee working it. The line was astronomical.

The room: there was no hot water in the morning when I showered. I took a lack of warm (I can’t say cold because it was just on the edge of cold) shower. The cleanliness of the room was okay, it was not spotless. There were some areas that needed to be looked after. The carpet in the

The customer service we received here was truly unmatched. Shawn the bartender was so kind and really went above and beyond for us. Omkar at the coffee shop was the same. We’re coffee snobs, and found the drinks to be pretty decent. And the supervisor on at the time answered our questions in detail and made sure we had everything we needed. The only complaint we had was that the food at the restaurant seemed overpriced. But we didn’t actually order anything and can’t fairly say that. We found the pillows and beds to be comfy, and the TVs have Netflix. The shuttle service is prompt and very convenient if you need a ride to the airport or MOA!

Our flight got delayed and we ended up staying here with our Delta Vouchers. It was great. The front desk staff was knowledgeable and helpful with the voucher situation and got us checked in quickly. We had a great late night meal in the restaurant which is open till 1 am. That was great!

Positive: The beds are very comfy. Negative: No continental breakfast. Sounded like planes were 4″ from my head constantly. Old hotel bought by Hilton. There were several areas throughout the hotel that need repair such as wallpaper falling off, carpets look very old (& kind of dirty)

Hotel is nice with elegant appointments, although an older building. Was disappointed that the front desk talked me out of the 5th floor room that I had checked myself into online to take a 3rd floor room that was supposed to be a “better” room on the “Executive” floor. The reality was my room now looked out onto the pool building and the highway overpass, and the Executive Lounge has been closed for some time, so I don’t understand why it was supposedly better.

The entrance lobby area is very nice, then you turn the corner and it’s in need of some major updates. Our room as okay but the toilet was not working and you could tell no one has stayed in this room for weeks with the dust and a few cobwebs. We also never got a cookie even though they said “oh come back later they are in the oven”. The location was good for what we needed and at the end of the day only were there for a few hours. Not my preferred Hilton, so I’d recommend elsewhere if you have the choice.

I had an overnight stay here due to a flight cancellation with Delta(July 21 – July 22). Delta covered my stay and gave me a meal voucher. I only had to pay $50 accidental fee that was refunded back to me. ||This hotel is huge(you can literally get lost), it has pool and an onsite restaurant that serves American cuisine. The hotel is located right across the street from the Mall of America, the hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the mall and the airport. ||The restaurant did not accept my meal voucher so I had to pay for my meal and get reimbursed at the front desk. I was never offered a free cookie, I had to ask for it and they only had gluten free cookies available. ||My room was very spacious and fairly clean except for the rust in the bathroom sink and tub. ||I haven’t decided if I will return in the future.
