the staff was polite and helpful. the overall quality of the hotel was kinda low. funny smell in the halls and missing baseboards through some of the common areas. you must run the bathroom vent at all times or cigarette smoke and other smells will come into the room bc the vents all connect and other guests smoke a lot in their rooms.

This is a diamond in the rough. This place is undergoing renovations throughout. I paid 55.00 per night for 8 nights. So I didn’t expect much. But my room, although tired, was clean. Clean sheets, towels, and the kitchen was ok. NO BED BUGS OR OTHER CREAPY CRAWLERS. Nighttime was quiet with just some road noise. There is plenty of parking around the building, and it’s well lit. Bed was very comfortable as well.

Again, you get what you pay for, and I will be staying here my next trip to Minneapolis. I enjoyed my stay here.

The room was very clean. People at the front desk always had a smile. There are new owners so they are starting to do renovations. I am looking forward to seeing what the rooms will look like afterwards. I would definitely stay here again. Don’t expect to stay here and it’s like a Hilton or Embassy Suites.
