The room was better than most of the pictures I have seen posted. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Their breakfast options were not so great. The pool is pretty small. They do have a nice area for kids to play inside.

Housekeeping is by request only so we found ourselves cleaning instead of resting. I would have thought they would have at least emptied the trash or recycling container.

I would have preferred to leave a card on my door for cleaning rather than trying to anticipate a day before, when on a vacation, “will I need this or that done”.

The shuttle service is an additional bonus to MOA. The drivers were all friendly!

We had a great stay here! We visited the Mall of America and the surrounding area and are glad we chose this hotel. Nice, bright, new and clean! The breakfast in the morning was perfect. It does get busy on the weekend for breakfast but that happens. Our room was clean and just right for our family. The location was great and we even spent some time at WhirlyBall next door. Thank you for a great stay!

Located near MSP airport, this was a very convenient location for my layover.
Needless to say, unfortunately the airport noise is still quite bad in the rooms. Earplugs definitely required for sleep.
Apart from that, the room was spacious, well-equipped (hairdryer, ironing board, etc.) and the bathroom clean, fully stocked with towels, and hot water plentiful.
The free breakfast was very very processed and most things barely warm – the only hot thing was the coffee. Variety was good, but quality lacking throughout.
The shuttle to the airport was both hard to arrange and unhelpful. Inbound from the airport, the night shift hotel employee could absolutely not explain to me where the shuttle would be picking up passengers (and the airport unhelpfully only distinguishes areas for Uber, buses, and public transport – nothing about airport shuttles). I only managed by following other passengers who knew where they were going.
Outbound, the shuttle was simply unavailable during the entire 90 min span that would have been useful for my check-in. So a pretty useless overall – just be prepared to use the nearby buses or trams instead. The shuttle is not reliable.

I like this hotel for it’s cleanliness and convenient location. I travel extensively for work and rely on Hilton brand hotels for most of my overnight stays. Home2 Suites rooms are large and typically well maintained. I left 4 stars for service because in addition to the shower dispensers being empty there was no service all week. C’mon hotels of all brands, bring back daily servicing of rooms!

Positive: This hotel was conveniently located, clean, beautifully decorated, and had exceptionally friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. It also included a nice selection of breakfast items, and convenient shuttle service to the airport. Negative: No.

Best hotel we stayed in on our 8 day road trip. Very convenient location. Unfortunately had to pay for parking. Breakfast was great wish there was more gluten free options though. Coffee bar was good and my kids loved the pool table and games. Beds were great! For being right next to the airport you can’t hear the planes inside!

We came on a Girl’s Trip and had the most fabulous time! Where to begin…. Those working at the front desk were kind and helpful. ALL the shuttle drivers were super friendly. The room was perfect and clean. The lobby (where we hung for many hours waiting for our flight) was super comfy. My teens enjoyed the small privacy cubicles. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan on visiting Mall of America!!!
