Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.

This is my second visit to Bubba Gump. Food here is great and even though it’s busy, service is just as good. The only negative I have on the service is food auctioning. I’m amazed at how often I have to write about that in my reviews but if this is the first time reading one, it’s a pet peeve of mine. Your food should always be served to you without you having to claim it.

The ambiance here is a lot of fun. The whole restaurant is filled with memorabilia from the movie and the waitress quizzed us on Forrest Gump movie trivia (which I aced).

As far as value, I would say this is on the expensive side, especially for the portion sizes. Portions are not small but they are far from generous. I remember thinking that last time when I ordered the shrimp broil.

In conclusion, if you want a great meal and your not too hungry or if you don’t mind shelling out some extra cash for some appetizers and some desert to top off the tank, I definitely recommend a visit.

Jessica was amazing! Food was good but the experience was definitely the staff there. While we waited, we could hear the interactions the other tables had with their servers; all of them were super friendly and excited to interact.

This place was AMAZING 🤩 we started with Gumbo, and it was delicious 😋 then I ordered the surf and turf while my girl got the fried chicken, and everything was cooked to perfection very tasty. 🌟 I would absolutely recommend this place the atmosphere is fun and the food is great. The drinks are on point 👉 and the merch is one of a kind. If your thinking about it, don’t walk here, Run Forrest Run 😉

Very fun. Such yummy food and our server was very good and fast to help us. We had never been there so he gave us some good recommendations.

Had an absolute amazing experience. I’ve wanted to eat at Bubba Gumps for a long time and finally got the chance. Ordered Forrest’s Seafood Feast, and I didn’t leave hungry. Forgot to get a collectible chocolate tin though, so I have more reason to come back. Best food I’ve had all this trip, only downside was navigating the mall to find it. Great job everyone.

Bubba Gump, themed after the famous.ovie Forrest Gump is a very interesting place to visit.

First off the food is amazing and the decor is themed from the movie Forrest Gump.

There are references of the movie in posters and pictures on walls.

This was not our first visit, we have been to other bubba Gump locations as well.

It is definitely a good restaurant and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves seafood.

Like others said, the food was great, the service was better. Sitting at the bar, watching the girl busy working, there was an illusion that I was watching Forrest Gump. The wines were also very good. Impressive experience. Definitely the highlight of my 2-week first trip to America. Thank you~~

I was curious about this place, because of the Forest Gump Movie. I’ve seen it in Las Vegas, but never went, since they have it at Mall of America, we decided to try it out. And it didn’t disappoint us. We ordered Fish and Chips with a coleslaw on the side and Calamari. The server was really nice and friendly and whenever we need something we just need to flip the sign, Run Forest Run or Stop Forest Stop which is pretty awesome and a very unique experience. My friend and I just share the food since it is a big portion. The food was great and we finished it all. We even ordered another coleslaw, because it is so good. We had a great experience.
