Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville

Kyle was our server. He was fantastic! We had a nice conversation, it was a slow part of the day. He checked in on us several times, refilled drinks and suggested a wonderful dish to me as they were out of the crab cakes.

He suggested the Cajun seafood pasta. It was superb. I am usually skeptical of scallops but these were great.

The atmosphere was very “Key West” in it’s ambience.

All around 5 stars because the food was great, Kyle was a very enjoyable server and that was exactly what we needed that day.

I’ve always wanted to go the Margaritaville and they did not disappoint!! I love the Key West cabana style atmosphere and the food and our waiter were well above par from what I expected.
I ordered the seafood combo and it was absolutely superb. I also had two of their signature cocktails, the 5 O’clock Somewhere and the Blackberry Moonshine Margarita!
The food and service were A+++
A must when visiting the MOA!

First time in, very quiet, but we liked it that way. Service was quick and friendly. The crab cakes were outstanding, real crab and not much binder. The fries were perfect, hot, crispy, uniform in size, and not over salted. The seafood combo was good, fish wasn’t spectacular. Overall, it was a good visit. Also liked the music wasn’t loud so you could enjoy it and still have your conversation. Like they say … “It’s 5’oclock somewhere.”

This might seem a little crazy, but my fiance told me she had a craving for a “Cheeseburger in Paradise.” We live in Sheboygan, WI and unfortunately there are no Margaritaville in our area. The closest is in Chicago (3hrs away) and we ate there in the past. The problem is Chicago traffic and parking at the Navy Pier is less than favorable. The next closest is at the Mall of America in Bloomington, MN. (6 hrs away).

But when you have a craving you need to satisfy it. So we got in our new Subaru Outback and headed on the road to the Mall of America. We got to the Mall early and walked around a bit waiting for the bells to strike 11AM.
When we got there it was still slow, only about 3 tables being served, our server Michael was at our table in just a few minutes and took our order for 2 Cheeseburgers in Paradise! They came out very quickly and were a site for sore eyes. The burger was cooked perfectly, the rolls were fresh and the fries were hot! Michael was there to check on us just the right amount of times. Thank you for helping to satisfy a craving!

Overall a good experience. Food was decent and service was great.

The experience wasn’t really a true Margaritaville one being that it’s in a mall inside and not in a tropical destination.

Their Apple Pay didn’t work so that was one thing that was a bummer.

Overall, pretty pricey for burgers.

Love that this is at the MOA! Love the atmosphere. Super fun! Had a reservation for 7 and the manager & waitress were excellent! Food was very good & a nice variety on the menu! Can’t wait to return.

Anita did a great job as our server. She listened to details and paid attention to our requests. The food portions were great! We had so much we had to take half of it home. Thanks for a great first-time experience!
