It’s hard to find a good pizza by the slice, especially at dinner time, so this was a welcome find. A slice of cheese (mediocre), a slice Gambini (their meat-lovers, and very good), and an order of cheese bread (the star of the show). All with a nice local beer. But this is a “counter service” restaurant, so if you want to sit down and be served, you won’t get that here. It was pricey, though: $35 plus tip for two slices of pizza, cheese bread, and a beer.
Pizza Nova is an excellent place to enjoy a delicious meal in a welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, who made me feel right at home. The service was attentive, and they were quick to answer any questions I had about the menu.
I decided to try the chicken Parmesan, and it did not disappoint. The chicken was tender and perfectly cooked, with a crispy breaded coating that complemented the rich, flavorful tomato sauce. 2024-09-25 – tried them for the first time, ordered delivery and we were really pleased with our pizza. Pizza was really tasty, meats were good, crust was just the right chew. Only downfall is the pizza could be a crispier. We get the all meat, and it made it a bit heavy for the type of crust but still really good. Highly recommend.
Pizza was pretty good. Came out pippin got and crust was really crunch but not hard. Cesar salad was fresh with butter croutons. Chicken wings were deep fried then sauced up. It was on the larger size. I prefer the smaller wings but sauce was good. Chicken Parmesan was decent. We ordered way too much after a long flight and spent way too much. That’s our fault tho. 😓 Family likes it.
Got delivery from here and WOW!!! Toppings are spectacular and they just pop on your mouth!!! Crust was pretty chewy but I will forgive that this time and definately eat from here again!
The food and service superb. The pizza a special treat served hot with full flavour, you could taste each ingredient. Would recommend removing a row of parking for extra seating outside.
Absolutely fantastic wings and pizza (we had the hot honey). The wings were flavorful and crispy, and the pizza was a crispy crust with a good chew, lots of stretchy cheese, and not greasy. This is a new favorite for us!
Was just getting a quick bite to hold me over, so I got 1 slice of cheese pizza. It was good, not great. The crust was good, not exactly thin crust but not thick either. Sauce had a good flavor. Atmosphere was nothing special but nothing bad either. The service and Price were good.
