With that being said, I am so freaking happy we went here. The food was delicious. We splurged a little by buying both available souvenir cups with our drinks but totally worth it given I might never get the chance to come here again. It’s worth the experience and the price tag. They have working animal animatronics and the atmosphere heavily reinforces the idea that you are in the Amazon.
We ordered the Amazon fajitas, the Creole Mac N Cheese, a strawberry mojito and Michelob Ultra with the grand total of $86. Definitely a hefty price but you pay for the experience. The fajitas were good, but there was no wow factor. The Creole Mac N cheese was 10/10, it had tons of flavor, a nice crust too giving it an enjoyable texture; a bit on the spicer side so I couldn’t finish it, but my husband inhaled it. All in all, it was a great meal. Located on the 3rd floor next to Crayon store.
Breanna (sorry if that’s misspelled) was our Amazon tour guide (lol love that bit) and she did an amazing job at making sure her visitors were well taken care of and comfortable with their visit. She definitely helped make the experience just that much more memorable.
The mechanical animals were Very worn down as in I don’t know if repairs have ever been made , yikes.
