Wow! I honestly thought it would be gimmicky and silly but everything is delicious and the staff are wonderful. My boys both had a birthday and they sang a song and got ice cream! The fancy drinks are so good and totally worth it. We got a non alcoholic version of “the candy store” I think. It was delicious.
Chicken sandwich was great. My son had the Big Cheesy, and it was one of the best burgers he has ever had.
It’s beautiful, fun and absolutely 100% fun! Honestly, not that expensive either!

I came to the Sugar Factory in Mall of America for the first time for my birthday! It was decorated with clearly a lot of care and thought (this was 2 days after halloween). My server was kind enough to make my birthday special, memorable and was very attentive to making sure I had a great experience. The establishment was clean, fast and friendly. There are LOTS of drink options to choose from, and the food menu had a great variety as well. Everything was hot and freshly made. 10/10 would visit again.

Had one of the non alcoholic iced drinks with gummy bears and ring pops! The show when it came out and the awe in my kids faces is priceless! Then we had great food and shakes to follow! Highly recommend and will go back again!!! Great server made sure we did not miss a thing!

We always go to the Mall of America but never dined at this restaurant before so we decided to give it a try.
There were 4 of us so we ordered 4 entries. The chicken and waffle was pretty disappointing. The chicken fingers were very dry and obviously from frozen not fresh. The waffles were just ok. The sandwich had too much mayo and it made it very gooey. The burger looked dry as well.
The giant milk shake was fun to eat.

I visited Minneapolis and I decided to eat at Sugar Factory definitely the best choice for me that day. Everybody was nice, the food was good, and the drinks very delicious 😝 I loved the presentation🥰

The Princess Hamburger was delicious 😋 I really enjoyed how colorful and creative the drinks and desserts were. That being said, they were extremely sweet for our taste, and we didn’t really finish them.
The atmosphere was nice, although loud at times. The service was great. They were nice, funny, and attentive.
