Hugely love this place. The ride is super cool. Never had any troubles. This was our second time for my son and I in a span of 3 years. It definitely is a must if you’re going to MOA. Definitely recommend. And my son and I would go again. Loved it! Pretty neat!
Worth your dollar
Can’t wait to do it again

This was our first time at Mall of America. We did FlyOver America (Hawaii). It simulates you soaring over the islands and more. I don’t want to spoil it for future visitors, but it was very realistic. It’s a short show (maybe 10 minutes), but was more than enough for me. If you have a fear of heights or doing something similar to hang gliding…this may not be for you. However, if you are a thrill seeker…this attraction is absolutely exciting…I would do it again! Honorable mention for the lady selling the tickets for this event. She was informative, engaging and welcoming…on our way into the ride, we exchanged, “ALOHAs”! Made our time there more memorable! Thank you Miss!
There are 2 programs, Fly over America or Fly over Hawaii. We spent $133 for 2 adults ($23.99) and 4 kids ($17.99) with tax. The show lasted about 7 to 8 minutes and was absolutely amazing but the overall value was not there. It’s one of those one and done type attractions.
My family went to see the flight to the North Pole 2023. We all really enjoyed the experience from the beginning to the end. We all felt like we were all flying together with the wind blowing in our faces and really enjoyed the scents of Mrs Clauses cookies throughout the North Pole. I think this was the shortest wait time in the Nickelodeon universe during the week between Christmas and New Year’s. Best bang for your buck when lines are too long out there in MOA for family fun! Capacity is 48 people and the line moves through stages like at universal studios Florida with scenes of anticipation building up the experience to an amazing climax.
First of all, this is a ride system just like Soarin’ in the Disney parks, so it feels like a Disney-level ride experience (almost.) And I am surprised at how emotional I got on this ride! It’s really just beautiful scenery, but with the music, I was almost tearing up by the end. Speaking of moisture – you get sprayed full in the face a few times – they’re a little heavy-handed with the misters, so you may get wet!
I did this as an add-on to Nickelodeon Universe, which made it only ~$8. Otherwise, it’s around $20 just for this. I’m not saying it’s worth it, but I’m glad I bundled it.
Just absolutely fantastic!! My favorite ride! First time for the grandkids, and they loved it! 7 year old loved looking for the elves throughout the “ride” and the visit to the Northpol.
I however, hate that it’s $20 for less than 20 minutes of enjoyment, as a local Minnesota resident I’d be here weekly if it didn’t cost so much and end so quickly… I’d love to see some sort of season pass or punch card program for locals or even a discount of some sort.
Also, while yes you fly over Minneapolis… I feel like there should be more of Minnesota since it’s located in Minnesota…. The North shore would be an incredible addition! Or maybe offer a longer flight for true enthusiasts.
I’m sure I’ll be back to fly again, I’d just love to see it extended or maybe cheaper.
