Just went there today and had a lot of fun. Good for many ages and the new house segment was very enjoyable. They have a Lego wall where you can make Lego pictures and leave them there. There is a large Lego picture wall where you can see the picture and then try to make it using a battleship style grid. They have a marble coaster that took 6 MONTHS to make. There is a secret event every 15-30 minutes at the marble coaster(you will know it when you see it). There is a knex racer builder at which you can build a car/8 wheel blob to race down the track. Member ship was 25 for 3 people and you get student discounts if in a certain school and grade. Have fun!
My grandson (6) had a blast here. We loved the self-directed hands-on activities. His favorites were wiring up the house and adding framing. Great fun. We spent a good part of a rainy Saturday here. The two of us enjoyed watching the huge K’Nex ball machine do its thing.
This is a fun unique place to test out some new activities for the kids. Definitely get there early for some quiet time before camps arrive.
We took our six-year-old grandson here for his birthday. He loved it so much; we ended up spending five hours here! The activities were stimulating. We enjoyed constructing cars, modifying them, and then racing them on the ramp. I was surprised how much time we spent in the LEGO area, where we were busy constructing pictures (following the guides) and then following the guides to collaborate on the picture on the wall. In addition, we spent time in the house model with the electricity exhibit, and the building area, where our grandson proudly constructed a ladder using screws and nuts. The favorite area was the coding exhibit, though, where he could program the mouse to move.
I am glad we had a lunch packed in the car. We actually ended up heading out to the car to eat, and then we came in to enjoy the museum again. There is no food sold at the museum.
It was a fantastic Museum. I would recommend for children ages 4 to 10. The price is right also!

This place was amazing! When I originally looked at the place I saw some really good reviews, and some not so great reviews, so I was a little hesitant to bring my daughter (13). We got checked in quickly and most of the activities are geared towards 7-8+. It was very innovative, and all the activities were very different. I did read in some of the reviews that said that the toys were ones you might find at home, but I never would have thought to use any of those kids toys the way we did. We made pictures with Legos, built bridges with wood blocks, and a lot more. People also did day that it was just one room, and it was a big room, but it had about 4-5 sections. I would definitely go back, and if your looking for a similar museum, I recommend the Bakken museum.
What an unforgettable bday party at Works!! From 3-73 yo. Everyone had a great time. Kids built sail cars, our instructor was wonderful! Spacious, clean and super fun place. We will be BACK!
Thank you so much for making this day special and fun for all of us!

My daughter loved the girls in STEM event. It was a lot of fun and she came out wanting to be a scientist. All of the different areas are packed with stuff to learn. I learned a lot too!
This place is really cool and there is a ton of interactive fun science and engineering types of things to do. We did not attend any of the classes well we were there, but had a lot of fun. We spent about an hour and a half here and I don’t know if we would have been able to spend more time there unless we went to a class or if you came with multiple children so they could run and play and build together. This place is not huge so don’t expect a ton but there are a lot of individual stations you can visit and interact with. 4 stars Because it could use some more stuff to do and see
