Superstar singer Billie Eilish has announced her new tour, Hit Me Hard and Soft, which will include a stop at Saint Paul’s Xcel Energy Center. Eilish rose to fame with the release of her debut single “ocean eyes”, and has since continued to produce hits from albums WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO? and Happier Than Ever.
