Visit the brand-new Office Golf in west Bloomington to practice your swing regardless of Minnesota weather. 18 state-of-the-art Trackman iO simulators are spread out across the large facility, along with other games like ping-pong, pool, and darts. Here you can virtually “golf” at courses all around the world – and even newbies are welcome to try out the sport for the first time. Office Golf’s food and drink menu includes delicious sharable appetizers and flatbreads plus a full bar.

Mini Golf
Avid mini golfers have not one, but two options to putt-putt at Mall of America. Rock of Ages Blacklight Mini Golf is a journey through the past six decades of rock and roll, with 18 holes corresponding to different music. And Moose Mountain Adventure Golf’s Northwoods-themed course has an additional 18 holes with a view of Nickelodeon Universe! Pick up some stylish clothing and accessories to wear for your mini golf (or real golf) excursion at shops like TravisMathewOakley, and Nike.

For a traditional outdoor mini golf experience, check out The Links at Dred Scott in Bloomington. The meticulously maintained 18-hole course is open from April 15 through October 1, and has 6 wheelchair accessible holes and ADA-approved putters. Plus, this course is located within Dred Scott Playfield, so you can make a day of outdoor sports and visit the batting cages and tennis courts.

Golf Courses
Now that you’ve gotten some practice in, it’s time for the real thing! Bloomington is home to two public golf courses that are open in the spring, summer, and fall. Hyland Greens Golf Course in west Bloomington is a nine-hole, par 3 course for golfers seeking a shorter day on the links. Hyland also has a driving range and practice putting green at its tranquil location just west of Normandale Boulevard.

Dwan Golf Course has been welcoming Bloomington golfers since 1970, and has won several awards for its tree-lined 18 holes. Managed by the City of Bloomington, Dwan’s four tee options range from 4,000 to just under 5,500 yards, and the course is even an Audubon International Certified Cooperative Sanctuary due to its commitment to preserving the natural area and wildlife habitat.
