The front desk staff were incredibly helpful—especially when we realized we needed a corkscrew, which they provided right away. The location is quite close to the Mall of America, just about a 10-minute walk. However, be prepared to pass through the transit station on the way, which occasionally felt a bit sketchy.
Breakfast was average, offering the basics, but it could be improved a bit. The pool area, while small, appeared to be a saltwater or saline pool, which was a nice touch. Overall, this hotel was comfortable and well-located for anyone planning a trip to the Mall of America, with a few minor areas that could be enhanced.
