We were able to take advantage of staying at this hotel using a Sleep and Park package. The service was quick and efficient. They were very nice and helpful. The room is spacious with a smaller bathroom. It is nice to have the sink outside of the shower area for getting ready. The bar area provides excellent service and the patio area provides a pleasant area to sit as well. We took advantage of the shuttle service which was quick, efficient and always had a nice driver ready to assist. Location is in close proximity to the airport and MOA. Would highly suggest!

Came in on a really late flight and needed a place to stay for the evening. Mike was absolutely WONDERFUL in going above and beyond for me and my overnight stay. I for sure will be back every time I have an overnight layover. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, showers hot and breakfast fresh. We booked a two-queen room here, and it was great: roomy and very clean, with a small fridge. I was surprised and happy to find a Keurig machine in the room as well. The bathroom was a little dated but clean, with the toilet and shower/tub in a separate room from the sink. There’s a small sundries store in the lobby, but it doesn’t have any wine or beer (probably because of Minnesota law); however, you can buy alcohol at the bar when it’s open and bring it up to your room. The staff was friendly, and overall we had a good stay here.

The location was convenient.

The room was not as clean as I would expect. There were some crumbs and fibers on the floor and it clearly hadn’t been vacuumed. And I saw some hairs from a previous guest in the middle of the bathroom floor. Plus the hand towels had stains on them (you can see them in one of my photos).

Also, I get that the hotel is right next to the freeway so there’s only so much they can do about it, but on the 2nd fl the traffic noise was noticeable. I woke up because of it several times throughout the night.

Nice hotel overall and lobby restaurant and bar had good offerings. Some rough spots and need to update spots in room as detected on photos. Also notification of how often room to be cleaned would be nice. Just so one can plan for getting coffee etc.

Hotel is in massive need of updates. Bathroom was circa 1998 at best, with not very good shower pressure. Parking situation is weird. Good location if you need somewhere that’s close to the airport (free shuttle is a plus). Better options in the area for the price.

The largest meeting room is Lake Hiawatha with meeting space of 729 square feet and maximum seating capacity of 50 classroom, 48 in rounds and 75 theater. Each meeting space provides natural lighting and dedicated walls.

Lake Calhoun

The second largest room at 598 square feet, Lake Calhoun can accommodate up to 45 classroom, 40 in rounds and 60 theater.

Lake of the Isles

Lake of the Isles is 550 square feet and can comfortably seat 27 classroom, 32 in rounds and 50 theater. Other room sets available for all meeting rooms as well.

Lake Minnetonka

This meeting room is a good boardroom alternative. It is 273 square feet and can accommodate 14 in a conference setting and 12 in a U-shape or classroom style.

Lake Harriet Board Room

This room is 379 square feet and can accommodate 12 people in boardroom chairs around the boardroom table.

Conference Suite

The Conference Suite is located on our second floor, is 273 square feet, and can accommodate up to 8 in a conference style.
