This was a very comfortable stay. The towels were very thick and long and the bed extremely comfortable. Room was very quiet. The hotel shuttle was excellent and the drivers were really engaging. One thing to note – if you plan to take the airport shuttle, you do need to book in advance at the front desk. When I asked about it at check in the desk attendant did not tell me that. I later met a shuttle driver who told me that so I went back to the front desk to get on the list for the morning.

I was here four nights for my 50th high school reunion, Thursday through Sunday. Vanessa H was a customer service dream; she was courteous, helpful and really knew how to give me the best customer experience. I arrived late after a long day driving, I was so tired, didn’t have my Honors number, she just got everything done for me. The room was quiet Galie settled some unruly guests with such quiet determination, had I not been passing by, I never knew that there was an actual incident. I appreciate that kind of discretion when I am traveling alone. Her handling of the situation made me feel very safe. The place was clean, including the fitness room and pool. The maintenance man on Friday September 13th was very helpful with information about the pool and hot tub. Can’t remember his name, but he really impressed me with the way he addressed me and answered my questions. What a quality staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lodged our inlaws from Canada in this hotel. The proximity, price, and location were my attractions not to forget it is located in a safe neighborhood surrounded by good restaurants, malls, and grocery stores. Their services are worth your money, and staff exuded warmth and professionalism. It’s a good option for home away from home!

Decent hotel. The room was clean overall but could use some updates. The dresser was worn. Walls had scuff marks and there was a large stain on the carpet. However, the bed was really comfortable and the addition of a fridge and microwave was nice.

Be aware that this is a huge complex and there is tons of parking. The night I was there, it seemed as if there were some formal events going on so it was swarming with people and I had to park pretty far away.

Positive: Very nice hotel with a classic feel. Unique pool and good location. Negative: It?s expensive. Still has old wall a/c units that don?t work well. Room bathrooms could use a little touch up but not bad.
