The hotel was selected by my company as I was visiting Minneapolis for a work trip.
I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The hotel is so beautiful and clean. The staff was super welcoming, friendly, and helpful

The hotel is located right across from the mall of America, so you know I definitely went shopping! However, this also meant my view was a multi-level parking lot. I had not issue with this, I was there for business and this hotel was perfectly located for my type of visit.

I will definitely need to check more of these Element properties.

My son and I stayed here while he was home on leave. We will stay here again in the future! It is such a beautiful sight pulling up to!
Front desk was delightful and accommodating, the room was clean, beautiful, and well equipped! We had everything we could possibly need.
The little “store” area downstairs even carried a couple gluten free products! I was so impressed by that! It is very difficult for someone with celiac disease like me to find something quick to eat. We often have to resort to a candy bar, but they actually had a burrito! That was wonderful.
We love this hotel!

Fantastic place to stay. I plan on staying here in the future. Nicole and the rest of the staff are amazing. The cleaning staff are very professional and polite.

They have a great coffee maker in the lobby, and they provide snacks and refreshments at night. There is a great selection for breakfast including gluten free bread!

Rooms are modern and stocked with a good amount of towels. I have a black light and I can confirm they are spotless.

There’s great of food options right outside your door and a convenient transit center that will take you where you need to go. Highly recommended.

Great play to stay. Easy access to mall of America, trains for downtown and buses to state fair. Great breakfast options every morning, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and modern. The staff at the front desk were absolutely fantastic, very friendly, always smiling and very helpful. The flavored water at the front desk was my favourite. Definitely worth the stay.

The room was perfect with two queen for 4 of us. It has everything you need, it a home away from home for us. They have two outdoor BBQ for your own use, you can cook you own dinner if you wanted too. Swimming pool and hot tub is a plus with 24 hours gym. We’ll come back again for sure.

We had an amazing experience overall! Parking and Checking in were very smooth, and the room itself was very clean, well decorated and eco-friendly. The staff members Jonell and Yoga were incredibly nice, helpful, kind and accommodating. We would love to stay again!

Rooms are very modern and clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good. Easy walk to the mall. Only negative for our family were the beds were too soft. That can be a positive for some others, though.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was super convenient to the train station to be taken to the US Bank Stadium. The Mall of America was also really close. It was a very nice hotel. It has continental breakfast and a nice pool and jacuzzi. You can’t even hear planes going by. You can see them and their shadows but can’t hear them.
