Embassy Suites by Hilton Bloomington / Minneapolis

We stayed here for 11 nights and the hotel did not disappoint! The front desk was nice and helpful, cleaning service was good, a hearty breakfast and complimentary drinks for dinner was a nice added touch. If I’m going to spend money on a hotel, my main concern is cleanliness and value for my money and they met both. You can tell the hotel is old, they have patches of paint on the door, patches of sheet rock on the wall, and we had a torn blanket and sheet until they changed the sheets, but overall pretty good place to stay. Only minutes away from attractions.

Had a pleasant 3 night stay in a King Suite room. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The text to see how things were going was a nice touch. The location was perfect for our trip. Hotel was clean. Rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was pleasant with many options. Staff kept the breakfast area stocked and clean. The evening snack did disappoint with selection, however, the 2 free adult drinks made up for it. Would definitely stay again.

We were only stayed one night. The hotel was very well maintained and clean. The interior was a little dated, but pleasant with water feature in the spacious lobby and it seemed some of the interior was updated. We were in town for a graduation and weren’t able to take advantage of the happy hour. Breakfast great! Made to order eggs and buffet with everything you could want.

Spent a couple of nights here as part of our travels around MN. Al, the front desk manager went out of his way to assist us with a reservation change, excellent customer service! Breakfast was included with lots of options. It is an older hotel, but clean with comfort beds.

Work brought me back to Minneapolis and this time I stayed at Embassy Suites. One Hilton’s flagship hotel chains. Can’t go wrong. Breakfast has great options but I wish they can add bananas to the selection.
