The employees were very friendly and helpful! Frances checked me in, the two van drivers were super kind (Bernie & Brian, I think), the breakfast food delicious and served with a smile by Megan! A very pleasant experience. There are some comments that I’d like to see some attention to: the room had a musty smell and the furniture needs replacement (cracks in faux leather). Otherwise, the room was clean, nice towels and toiletries. Thank you for the nice stay.

Location is convenient, and is dog friendly. Our room smelled horrible of mildew, and the carpet was soak all around the bay window. We weren’t able to switch rooms due to the hotel being booked, so left stuck with it.
Breakfast was not included, but it was delicious! Carol the waitress was absolutely AMAZING!!! she was so friendly, and engaging with my son making it more fun for him. If every waiter or waitress was like Carol we’d never have a bad dining experience EVER. She truly turned around my bad experience with the room into enjoyable experience with her amazing customer service!

This hotel was great, the rooms are your traditional hotel room set up. However the facility is well taken care of and well managed. Very friendly and helpful staff ||The 8th floor view of the river was fantastic!!||There is no ice machine, however there are free bags of ice down in the pantry. This was great to fill the cooler with for our weekend of baseball. ||There was a thermostat to adjust the a.c. settings. It was 90 degrees outside and our room was a little warm when we arrived. I turned it down and the room was comfortable for the weekend.||I highly recommend this hotel, you won’t be disappointed.

The room was very nice. The staff was very friendly, especially considering a storm came through causing the power to be out most of the night. It was dark, and hot and people were frustrated. The staff passed out glow sticks and place glow sticks around to guide the way. They were still serving as best they could. Breakfast was fast and the shuttle was efficient.

I emailed hotel GM, Jeff Feltes (still awaiting a response) about the exceptional hospitality and guest-services I received from front desk team member, Sharmin, and restaurant server, Carol. This property is within minutes from MSP Terminal 1 via a free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. Clean, comfortable, and quiet rooms. Full service restaurant that serves a wide selection of healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. The hotel is right across the street from the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge—a true refuge for tired and weary travelers.

We were stranded at the Minneapolis Airport overnight due to a missed flight.

Our airline gave us a hotel voucher for this Hilton Hotel, and we were picked up by a shuttle bus and taken there, which was about a mile away.

The hotel is very nicely appointed, with a glittery lobby that had a bar/restaurant attached.

Our room was very nicely appointed, with two queen size beds, plenty of pillows, coffee in room, and cable TV. There was even a couch to sit on. Clean, double the amount of pillows one would normally need, and the beds were very comfortable.

The restaurant downstairs stays open until 10 P.M., so we had a bite to eat. We ordered a pizza to split and a large salad with drinks.

Pizza was delicious and hot, and the salad was made from quality ingredients.

In the morning, the shuttle got us back to the airport in time.

If we’re ever stranded in Minneapolis again, this is where we’ll be staying.
