Positive: This hotel was very clean – everywhere! The rooms, hallways, lobby, elevator, restaurant- it was all clean and crisp. The beds were very comfortable with super nice linens, and it was quiet. Room service was quick and food and drink was excellent. Negative: The people at the front desk didn?t seem very friendly or welcoming, I thought maybe it was a one-off, but it happened both times I stayed.
Welcomed as a diamond and given upgrades to the executive floor. The hotel has an executive lounge with free beverages and self service wine, including beer though I suspect they limit the amount of bottles. It is very nice to help myself instead of having to wait for a bartender and pay for alcohol (plus tips). Breakfast for diamonds is served in the lounge and is simple but tasteful. The evening “happy hour” has some simple food as well but isn’t something that can replace dinner.||Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and there isn’t any traffic noise at the top floor. I initially intended for a one-night stay but stayed a day extra after having experienced the first night.

As per usual with most Hilton hotels, the beds are about as hard as 6 slabs of concrete stacked together.
Bathroom could have used a little attention to detail as far as cleaning goes.

The lobby was nice, and the restaurant was great!
When we arrived the lobby was bumping with people. Check in was easy (used the app). Room was nice and cozy but the pull out bed was horrible. Nice that the pool is open till the 11 so the kids could burn off some energy after being cooped up in the car all day.
3 stars for service because we requested additional pillows/blankets 3 times and ended up going down to the lobby to get them ourselves. Also, you have to pay for parking
Positive: Comfortable bed, quiet setting, pool and hot tub were both working and warm. Wifi is free and worked well. Free shuttle service to the Airport, Mall of America, etc is a plus. Negative: All good
Positive: Location, cleanliness , beds and bedding Negative: The bottle of conditioner was empty and there was no housekeeping available to refill. Called the front desk to ask if they have any travel size conditioner to use and was told they don?t have it. Had to wait the next morning for housekeeping.
