Stayed for three nights. The location was perfect for our needs – easy drive into different areas of Minneapolis and St Paul. Close to Trader Joe’s and across from a market for grocery needs. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Gym was ok but not a lot to it. Weren’t able to try the pool because it was packed with a huge group the night we were free. Underground parking was fantastic with rainy weather. Close to a lot of fast food/quick service chain restaurants. Laundry machines worked well.
I love the location of the this particular place. The breakfast was great, the staff were really amazing to deal with also. Check in was a bit slow but we got in a little after midnight. The rooms were clean & spacious. Would recommend!
During the Crowd strike outage, it was difficult finding a room. After calling several places, my call was promptly answered by a friendly person named Julie, who was working the graveyard shift. They were kind, informative and efficient. I was checked in quickly and was able to rest after a long day at the airport. The room was extremely clean, spacious, and stocked with towels, utensils, paper towels, etc. Both shuttle drivers were also incredibly kind and were very responsive to pick up/drop off times. These 3 employees help me make the most out of a stressful situation.
Loved this hotel. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was good. They offer delicious omelets. Shuttle service to the airport is very convenient. I recommend this hotel 100%.
It’s a good hotel and served its purpose. Some of the stuff in our room was a little dirty (desk and chair) but we didn’t utilize that portion of the room so it wasn’t a big deal. Breakfast is okay. Very standard waffles, cereal, bread, coffee, juice. Grab and go style as opposed to a buffet. Hot tub was closed when we stayed which was unfortunate but the pool area looked nice and clean. Parking was convenient and the location was great. Multiple stores nearby and close enough to MOA. Overall good experience and I’d stay here again!
The complimentary breakfast wasn’t the best. But the location was good and the ramen restaurant close by was very good. Nice rooms and patio. Off street parking was also nice. I’d stay again.
My favorite place to stay when I’m in town. Employees are kind and rooms are clean. The ladies who work breakfast are also so friendly and welcoming. This was my 3rd stay. Will return
Really nice hotel – plenty of parking close by, area was quiet, rooms were clean and the kitchenette was stocked well. Front desk staff was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Broadway Pizza nearby delivers to the lobby and is great. Good breakfast available in the morning with a nice variety, and until 10am on the weekends – wonderful to be able to sleep in a bit and not miss out.
