The staff here is AMAZING! The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was easy and the driver was very helpful. Ms. Rhoda is one of the best reservation people I have ever met. She was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and intuitive. My room was perfectly situated for my needs and clean. ||I definitely recommend this place. It’s in a great location too. The local transit and the Mall of America are literally right outside of my window.

We stayed there only one night, after being there for a family funeral. The moment we entered the foyer, we were met with Talayja ( sorry if spelled wrong). She met us with her loving beautiful smile. That in itself was so welcoming after the hard days we were dealing with earlier. She was kind, helpful and caring as she talked to us. Perfect person for greeting customers. We would hire her in a heartbeat. The room/suite was much more than what we expected for the money we had payed. Nice kitchen/living room area. Second room, very nice bedroom and roomy bathroom. As we were leaving we met Rhoda, Romel that also were loving, kind and welcoming. The rooms were GREAT for the money BUT the people working there were EVEN BETTER!!

Good: Very walkable to Mall of America. Breakfast was hot, several choices. Service was good. Staff was very helpful and kind. Not so good: One of the elevators was scary. It shook and the panel buckled when pushing the buttons. The sofa bed in our room was horrible. We didn’t open it to a bed but just sitting caused the sofa to sink in to the bed. Very old. The extra sheet was very old – almost see thru. Overall average stay. Disappointed in Hilton for the few issues we did see.

It was walking distance to the mall. The restaurant next door was good. The pool was freezing cold. Our room was above the courtyard, and they started playing music at 6 am. (no sleeping in😞). Then we finally had to call the desk at 11:30 pm to turn it off as it was still going. Even with ear plugs in, I could still hear it.
I’m not sure if the system is all on one system for the lobby and courtyard, but it is very disappointing. The parking lot had lots of light, so I felt safe leaving my car outside in the area. Overall, I might stay again, if not by the courtyard and lobby, and didn’t want to swim.

Rooms are good. The staff we’ve been dealing with have been friendly. However as we all know, the little things are what make the difference.

We checked in – no soap in our room. We asked at the front desk but were told they’re out of soap. Not too sure how that happens but felt pretty gross not having soap to wash our hands.

In the three days we’ve been here, the tea in the common area has not been restocked and we can’t get any tea for our room either despite seeing a bunch in the room maintenance carts.

We’ve been brushed off by a few members of staff but have also had really good interactions with another few.

For 200$ a night, we expect soap and tea and I don’t believe that’s unreasonable.

WE LOVE HANNAH! She deserves a raise! We stayed for a few nights, mid-July, and Hannah had amazing customer service. She thoroughly enjoyed conversations with our 8 year old son. It meant a lot that she took the time to listen to (and talk with) my family. Everyone we encountered at this location was wonderful. We look forward to staying again next summer!

This Homewood is run down and on a tight budget. Room was fine but hallways all have holes cut, presumably to access plumbing, and not repaired. Toilet didn’t flush – handed a plunger by front desk (seemed to be a common issue). No water on check in. Parking charge regardless of whether you have a car. Breakfast WAY below standard. Bottled soda $4.50. Would not stay again unless priced considerably below all surrounding hotels.
