The Hyde House Hotel is beautiful, tastefully designed and family friendly. The rooms are clean, modern and inviting. The bathroom was well designed with a walk-in shower. The morning hot breakfast was perfect. We enjoyed the pool and workout facility. The staff was friendly and professional. the hotel offer offered a free shuttle bus to Mall of America and MSP airport. I highly recommend this Hyatt House hotel at Mall of America. A+
My stay at the Hyatt House Mall of America/MSP Airport was a pleasant one. I booked it for one night only. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and, most important, clean. Within a few minutes walk you‘re in the largest shopping mall of the US. And the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle, which I used to get back to the airport.
The hotel was very nice, clean and newer. There was no coffee pot in the room yet it had all the fixings for it but I wasn’t concerned about that. It was a bit confusing at check-in about the park and ride part but all in all it was a very good experience. The lot was quite full but I managed to grab a closer spot. Upon returning after my trip I called the hotel and the clerk was very helpful as she explained where to go in the airport to find the shuttle. I gave her my phone number umber and I got a link to my phone about where the driver was and he came within about 15-20 minutes. It was bitter cold and the driver Derek was great, very helpful to get us all in the van quickly since it was -7 degrees. Definitely will be a repeat customer for park and ride.
We used the park and fly service at Hyatt House Mall of American for our trip to Belize. Perfect location and great price. The shuttle was available very early and the staff were helpful and courtious. I have nothing negative to say about the experience. We arrived at Terminal 1 MSP in the evening on a Saturday. A call to the hotel and minutes later the driver was texting us that he was minutes out. It was as good as it could have been and the rooms were in excelent shape as well. 10/10.
Great rates, great breakfast, nice pool and workout area. Most of the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. We did have a little housekeeping issue in one room, but the front desk gave us a new room immediately. Location is convenient, and the airport shuttle is wonderful. We enjoyed our stay very much.
