I stayed here for a 3-day conference and was quite pleased with my stay. The room was comfortable, clean & quiet. Front desk staff was friendly & helpful. The conference rooms were clean & well-kept. The food for the conference was particularly excellent; I was pleasantly surprised. I’d recommend this hotel for anyone looking to hold a conference, but I’d also recommend it to anyone travelling to the Twin Cities. I was a solo traveler this time, but I’d definitely stay there again with my family.

The hotel accommodations and its staff were better than expected. We use to stay at Hilton properties, but his was a nicer stay. The crew is very responsive to my needs and requests and the lobby was always well staffed with folks to help. The only reason I can’t say 5-star is because the restaurant food was not good. I’d recommend eating out or doing Uber Eats or alike to maximize your great stay experience.

I’ve stayed here multiple times. The location is great (right on the light rail line). The rooms are always clean and the staff is wonderful. The restaurant has good food and the servers/bar tenders have always gone above and beyond. I recently had a very minor issue on my last stay and when I brought it up it was fixed immediately with no questions asked. To me that’s the sign of an exceptional hotel. It’s the best airport/Mall of America hotel for the money. Also so easy to get downtown with the light rail.

I was so happy with my stay here. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms clean comfortable and very spacious. And the location was perfect. If you are headed to the MOA it is less than a mile away and the airport is also incredibly convenient and close. Great stay!

Great location to the airport. The shuttle was prompt and the drivers were very attentive and helpful. Very nice and clean area that if you don’t mind walking a bit. Walking can make you quite accessible to lots of options. The rooms were clean and modern. Perfect for our one night stay.

The Hyatt Regency Bloomington is a clean, fresh, and modern hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The lobby offers a nice restaurant and a convenient grab-and-go snack bar. The rooms are spacious, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the light rail station is just steps outside the front door, making it easy to get to the Mall of America or head the other direction to Minnehaha Falls.||You can take advantage of the free shuttle service, hop in a 10-minute Uber, or simply take the light rail directly from the airport.||What really sets this hotel apart is the staff—they are warm, friendly, and always courteous. This is the ONLY place I will stay when visiting the Twin Cities, and it will continue to be my top choice.||Two things to note: parking is charged here, as it is in most places, though I’ve heard some guests complain about it. Also, if there’s an NFL, MLB, or college football game happening, the rates can jump up a bit, but it’s still well worth it for the experience.

We had a great stay here at this hotel. The reception staff were a pleasure to work with. The hotel proactively emailed and texted info to us before arrival.

Rooms were clean and well setup. Even though it was close to the airport, we couldn’t hear and outside noise.

Breakfast was fantastic in the restaurant. Overall I recommend this hotel based on our stay.

I would definitely recommend. Staff were great & the room was up to par. The breakfast selection could’ve been a bit better, but they did have great food. They also had a bar to offer down stairs, if you need a drink after a long day of work. They also don’t have a hot tub, but they have a nice big pool that isn’t too cold either. Will be choosing to stay here again.
