Your hotel is lovely. my room was luxurious and cozy. The Bar had great drinks and the popovers were to die for! The Restaurant was excellent and our waiter was great John our bartender was so fun. Troy and Layana our bellhop & Max made my stay even better

The convenience of the location is probably the only reason I’d recommend the Radisson Blu MOA to someone. The lobby was beautiful and we enjoyed the offerings in the executive lounge, but the room itself was seriously lacking comfort. The modern design was cold and uninviting, and the bed was probably the least comfortable hotel mattress I’ve ever slept on. I woke up at 5am in significant back pain before we departed on a long drive home, which was miserable. The rain shower head was not something I cared for, and there was weirdly a big temperature discrepancy when switching between the rain head and the handheld (rain head was almost cold when handheld was hot). I can get a continental breakfast or decent happy hour at any number of hotels, and I don’t really care what the lobby looks like. But the comfort of the bed and shower are must haves, and this hotel just didn’t deliver. On the up side, the service was excellent and the hotel was very clean. I’d possibly stay there again for the convenience, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

Overall experience is average for me. The room that I got is a little bit outdated. The amenities are also good – I was able to use the gym twice. Airport transfer is free.||One thing that I like about this hotel is the bridge access to Mall of America. This one’s cool!

Convenient for Mall of America visits and experiences as it is connected directly to the mall. Great front desk staff, restaurant and bar (lounge), and housekeeping. Offers a shuttle to and from the nearby MSP airport. Lounge was great to visit mid-day or in the evenings for a quick break and food/beverages. Great service!

As a solo traveler on this trip I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay at this kid and family-friendly hotel with a bridge to the Mall of America. Like other reviewers, I appreciated how quiet the rooms were. I also appreciated being asked whether or not I wanted my room to be serviced each day. I opted out and, in addition to earning Choice rewards points, was happy that when I did ask the front desk for extra water to be delivered, it came promptly. My biggest surprise was to find three Peloton bikes in the gym so I was able to keep up my exercise. The families who were there around me seemed very happy with their experiences.

We stayed for a weekend, family of 4. Super quick access to the mall! So nice. The rooms were great, we were surprised when our King room had glitter tile! Beds were nice ans soft, tv was huge and you can pull ir out and tilt it every way so you can watch from anywhere. Bathtub was amazing, the steak at the restaurant was delicious and the service everywhere in the hotel was top notch!! The flusher on the toilet broke and the maintenance guy was there in 2 minutes! We will definitely stay here again.

I attended a conference that was held at this hotel, and so stayed here. I can’t think of one negative! Customer service was superb. Any question was answered immediately by text. Shuttle service is provided to and from the airport. The hotel itself is lovely, room clean, modern bathroom. I was on the 13th floor and had access to the executive lounge, which was so nice. I just walked a few doors down for breakfast and in the evening there were snacks, a microwave, coffee and tea, etc. Nice to have the mall there too—weather outside was hot and hazy (maybe smoke?) so I did a lot of walking in the hotel.
