The hotel was nice. It is connected to the mall, which is very convenient. Don’t have to worry about driving to go somewhere else. It was clean. Front desk staff was friendly. No free breakfast, so that is disappointing. The beds and pillows were okay. Both were a bit lumpy. Otherwise, everything else was fine. A good place to sleep if you want to be connected to the hotel. If you don’t care, it would be worth to go somewhere cheaper.

The hotel is fine albeit unremarkable. Clean and comfortable. Convenient access to the Mall of America and MSP Airport. For $203, complimentary breakfast would have been nice but it’s at an added charge instead.||I think of this as a $150 value hotel that cost $203 instead. Next time around I will probably just stay at a different airport hotel with a lower rate.

Overall experience is average for me. The room that I got is a little bit outdated. The amenities are also good – I was able to use the gym twice. Airport transfer is free.||One thing that I like about this hotel is the bridge access to Mall of America. This one’s cool!

As a solo traveler on this trip I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay at this kid and family-friendly hotel with a bridge to the Mall of America. Like other reviewers, I appreciated how quiet the rooms were. I also appreciated being asked whether or not I wanted my room to be serviced each day. I opted out and, in addition to earning Choice rewards points, was happy that when I did ask the front desk for extra water to be delivered, it came promptly. My biggest surprise was to find three Peloton bikes in the gym so I was able to keep up my exercise. The families who were there around me seemed very happy with their experiences.

Positive: The Hotels Location was excellent and the room was clean. The gym was excellent. Negative: Despite checking ahead and at check in the pool was closed. I attended a conference that was held at this hotel, and so stayed here. I can’t think of one negative! Customer service was superb. Any question was answered immediately by text. Shuttle service is provided to and from the airport. The hotel itself is lovely, room clean, modern bathroom. I was on the 13th floor and had access to the executive lounge, which was so nice. I just walked a few doors down for breakfast and in the evening there were snacks, a microwave, coffee and tea, etc. Nice to have the mall there too—weather outside was hot and hazy (maybe smoke?) so I did a lot of walking in the hotel.

Room was great, very comfortable stay. Ice on every floor. I highly suggest a suite! Customer service was great. Walking distance to anything you want or need. We stayed for our anniversary. Only downfall was the pool was occupied by kids but not the fault of the hotel. Great stay

This hotel is attached to the MOA and made it very easy to access the mall. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay. Scott checked us in when we arrived late at night and he was wonderful, providing us with great information about the hotel and mall. He was friendly and helpful and made our stay extra special.
