Wonderful clean well decorated hotel. There are plenty of hangout spot and lounge areas in this hotel which made it more inviting and welcoming. The pool was very nice went to 8ft. The hot tub was a 6 person hot but was never packed which was a surprise. The bar is a bit expensive 30 for a shot of don Julio repasado. But total wine is like a 5 minute drive. The room was clean smelled Wonderful and was cozy. Me and my husband enjoyed our 9 year anniversary stay.

The reason I chose this hotel was because of the pool, and it did not disappoint. Well kept pool area with depths ranging from 3ft-9ft roughly. My kids loved it. There was also a decent hot tub available. The room itself was fine, kinda small. But the shower was really nice and the beds were comfortable. Lobby was nicely decorated, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was free and on site.

The location was perfect. It is close enough to the airport for a short Uber and close enough to downtown, with all that that offers. This hotel has a homey woodsy vibe with modern amenities. The bar area was always busy in the evenings and they even had a complimentary experimental cocktail service one early evening. Staff was very helpful and the rooms were new and well maintained. Top notch and a fun place to say.

The hotel is newer and quite nice. The room layout is strange, and less functional with the couch in front of the foot of the bed, and the TV about 25 feet from the bed. The location is quiet, but the room walls didnt stop neighboring voices from carrying through. The pool was large and 8ft deep, very cool! The restaurant was decent and reasonably priced. I had a smoked old fashioned which was served in a very unique way with a bottle of smoke to pour on it. We had one last drink at the bar and ordered simple cocktails, which we were shocked to have been charged $22 per drink for basic mixed drinks, when the fancy smoked cocktail the next room over was only $17. Not sure if that was a mistake, but it definitely soured our experience.

Our team of 40 recently stayed at the Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel for an event, and I can’t say enough about the incredible experience we had. From the bar staff to the catering team (Paige) and the reception desk, every interaction was amazing. They truly made a huge impact on our event.

Special shout-out to Betsey, who went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. It’s establishments like this that get it right on all levels—customer-first mentality and attention to every little detail.

If you’re there, don’t miss the smoked Old Fashioned! It takes a few minutes to prepare, but it’s absolutely worth the wait.

This hotel is one of the most uniquely decorated hotels I’ve stayed in. Each room was artfully decorated, as well as the conference room we used for our meetings. The food during our lunch service was amazing, and I would recommend anyone use their banquet services. Wanted to shout-out Ivan for being super attentive and helpful.

Engineer engineer

This is an excellent and clean hotel. The style is up beat and provides a good vibe. Staff is friendly. The location is good but is specific to the surrounding corporate offices. They do recognize Marriott status and did provide an upgrade. The lounge is nice and breakfast is good. The Lars restaurant is also good(that is where breakfast is served when the lounge is closed(normally 17.95 per person). The downside to the location is that there are not many restaurants nearby, rooms are a bit small for a Renaissance hotel which can be considered an extended stay. The lounge is pretty much only accessible during the week a big downside if you paid for it.
