Great staff- rooms are spacious. We had a 2 bedroom suite. We needed a few extra chairs and the front desk was so quick to bring them up! We stayed 2 nights the first time and 1 night the 2nd time. Great for families

Stayed at Residence Inn-MOA because of their location in proximity to the Mall of America. They provide a free shuttle to and from the Mall as well as to and from the airport!! The shuttles were not in the best condition on the inside but the drivers got us to and from safely! We are a family of 5 and we stayed in their 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite with a sofa bed. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. They also have a little convenience section on the main floor. Overpriced but that’s to be expected for the convenience. They serve a hot continental breakfast which was pretty good (the eggs could use some seasoning and I wish they had bacon during our stay). They also have a pool and gym on site. I would stay there again and have recommended this location to friends.

We have stayed at the Residence Inn many years for our annual girls shopping weekend and we love the spacious 2 bed/2 bath with kitchenette rooms. The staff are very friendly and we love the complimentary breakfast daily!!

We were here for a night in a two-bedroom suite. The three stars are because they accommodated our request for a high-floor and quiet room. Unfortunately, one of the bedrooms had a broken toilet that would not flush, and we noticed it within 5 minutes of check-in. Their courteous maintenance staff tried to repair it at night but could not. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, and they could not move us to a different room. The rooms require updates, and the water-saving toilets create more problems by wasting more water due to multiple flushes. I also noticed that Marriott has given the management of this property to a third party. Overall, in Minnesota, we were quite disappointed at the quality of Residence Inns. However, the service here was friendly, and the staff got all stars.

I booked this hotel on the day of arrival and did not have a choice of 2 queen bedroom. We got a studio with a queen and sofa bed. Honestly, sofa bed was a so-so. I would desire it to be replaced, however everything else was good. Staff members are nice, shuttle services are good, very convenient to and back from the mall. Breakfast was satisfactory. They have a basketball court and provide a ball. I would totally stay here again if we visit Minneapolis again!

I have no complaints about this hotel, it was perfect for us. After a long leg of our roadtrip it was so nice to be able to get settled in and pick up a few items we needed from the Walmart 2 minutes down the road. The room was very clean and the bathrooms were well stocked. The breakfast had plenty of options including a nice oatmeal bar and toast station. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
