Positive: Very Clean and Quiet! Helpful and professional front desk staff. Negative: I was able to see the hotel but couldn’t drive there. It was one big confusing detour. Ended up arriving from the alley and a road I don’t think I should have been driving on. A few portable electric signs would have been very helpful, a detour map?

The hotel is renovated the rooms were old but clean, spacious and the beds were pleasantly comfortable. (Club rooms) ||We availed of the lounge access which was straight forward grab and go and is fully stocked with refreshments. (Not available during weekends) We didn’t get the name of the receptionist who was very kind and helpful during our stay. ||Conveniently located near Mall of America, the Galleria Edina and Restaurants which we love.||Overall it was a nice experience. For its price we will definitely stay again.

I have stayed here at least three times and highly recommend this hotel as it is conveniently located about 15-20 minutes from the airport. All the staff, especially at the front reception, are helpful and friendly; the hotel rooms are spacious and very clean with the beds being particularly comfortable. The general public areas including the lobby, executive lounge and restaurant are all very clean as well. ||The service in the bar and restaurant is very good as is the menu and wine selection. ||The room rates are reasonable too. This is definitely my “go to” hotel in Minneapolis.

Nice area, very efficiently run, impressive restaurant. The staff could be friendlier to make people not feel like they are an inconvenience, but the hotel other than that, is very well run and very clean.
