The rooms were tiny but very nice. Breakfast was OK, glad they had some warm options. My family enjoyed the pool (a little cold) and the lobby games. There were planes flying overhead the entire stay because of how close it was to the airport. But the close proximity to the light rail was why we selected the hotel. I was glad our stay was only one night.

Positive: Really large spacious rooms and bathroom and large tv! Loved that! Breakfast was great!!! Many choices and fresh – loved the buckwheat pancake batter Negative: Oddly enough our shower didn?t work but we were in a handicap accessible room. They gave us a key to another nearby room but not practical .. so that definitely made it hard to get our family of 5 ready with babies and only a bath ???

We had an early flight, so we drove up the night before and stayed here. The hotel has a free shuttle (runs every 30 minutes, around the clock) to the airport and let us leave our car there (for an additional charge…still cheaper to get the room & pay to leave the car than using the parking ramp). ||Staff was very friendly. Hotel and room was very clean. They had a great lobby area and the included breakfast had amazing options, including individually packaged egg/sausage sandwiches. ||We were literally only there for 7 hours, so we didn’t have time to experience any of the other amenities. ||I thought the beds were comfortable.

The room was better than most of the pictures I have seen posted. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Their breakfast options were not so great. The pool is pretty small. They do have a nice area for kids to play inside.

Housekeeping is by request only so we found ourselves cleaning instead of resting. I would have thought they would have at least emptied the trash or recycling container.

I would have preferred to leave a card on my door for cleaning rather than trying to anticipate a day before, when on a vacation, “will I need this or that done”.

The shuttle service is an additional bonus to MOA. The drivers were all friendly!

I like this hotel for it’s cleanliness and convenient location. I travel extensively for work and rely on Hilton brand hotels for most of my overnight stays. Home2 Suites rooms are large and typically well maintained. I left 4 stars for service because in addition to the shower dispensers being empty there was no service all week. C’mon hotels of all brands, bring back daily servicing of rooms!
