Very pleased with this hotel for my first trip to Minneapolis. Great shuttle service both to/from MSP and Mall of America. ||Check in was fast and efficient. Front Desk friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the general area.||Breakfast was plentiful and replenished as need. Coffee in lobby all day – essential after an 8 hour flight and 6 hr time difference.||Pool area very clean as was the general condition of the hotel. They have revamped the outdoor courtyard and finished some decking. Money has been spent and it shows!||Overall a very pleasant experience and I’d highly recommend. Don’t understand the negative reviews but oftentime, negative reviews are given by people who didn’t get what they wanted when they ‘demanded’ it. ||Be nice? You get nice in return.

The younger guy who checked us in and reserved a shuttle only put 1 person down. That happened to at least 2 people. Thankfully no one else showed up by the time we left. The older man in the morning was very nice and hospitable. The rooms themselves were not great. There was no fan in the bathroom which probably lead to the mildew smell. The coffeemaker was also in the bathroom, despite there being space in the room. The beds were typical, not very comfortable but I was able to sleep. Our door was hard to open and close though, you really had to tug on it to hear the click of it being closed. The a/c though was super cold. Only stayed here a few hours and the shuttle was a 10min drive, so that’s mostly all I cared about. I did like the blue lighting outside the hotel while waiting for the shuttle.

Stayed 2 nights for travel. Every employee I encountered from shuttle pickup to check in and out were incredibly friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was your standard continental. Something for everyone. The kitchen employees worked hard to keep it stocked and clean. Pool was open, clean and the courtyard has several options for seating. Only complaint would be that the only food within walking distance is an Outback steakhouse. Will stay again.

Just a heads-up regarding airport parking: ***you’ll need to reserve a shuttle time to get to the airport.*** We did not stay the night, and this was not communicated when we reserved parking here (I re-read the confirmation email to double check if I has missed something, but I hadn’t). Upon arriving 30 min early (per email), my husband and I were told there wasn’t room on a shuttle for the next 1-1.5 hours. I begged to be let onto a shuttle. We were told there was no room for luggage. I said we’d sit with it on our laps. The drivers were annoyed at us. Very frustrating all around. No shuttle reservation was required upon return. The driver was able to come get us within 15 min of us calling and was polite and accommodating. Overall, mixed bag. You get what you pay for, I guess!

Positive: Very friendly helpful staff. We always stay here when we have an early morning flight and will be gone for multiple times. We utilize the airport shuttle from hotel and leave our vehicle there as well. Negative: There was absolutely no water pressure and we left the water run for over 5 minutes and it never reached even luke warm temp. The floor was dirty with stains on the carpet but we only had a total of maybe 5 hours at the hotel so it works.
