I was checked in by Sam. He was professional, well groomed and extremely courteous! Exactly the type of person you want working for you! Spa was out of order due to an issue and he told me I could go next door and use theirs. Awesome! He was knowledgeable about area restaurants and things to do, and even comped my breakfast!

Room is top notch and very modern. Bed is hard as a rock, like many Hiltons I’ve stayed at. If there was one critique it’s that you guys need to find a middle ground in bed comfort. Somewhere between hard and soft would win more reviews. the TV even greets you by name upon entering. Don’t often stay up here but will make another if I’m in the neighborhood and need again!

Me and my fiancé had a fabulous stay here. It was one night and we didn’t get to use all the amenities but the room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was amazing. From booking the room to check out time we received top notch hospitality. We will definitely be returning.

Excellent hotel. Clean. Comfortable. Great coffee and bar specials. But the best part is Jennifer. While helping my friend with her eye surgery, she made sure we had everything we needed and treated my friend like family. Her genuine concern and help were so touching, she is a manager extraordinaire!

Though the ratings for this property are generally good and my past stays at Hilton Garden Inns have been good to excellent, this property fell a bit short of expectations. ||On the plus side, most of the staff were very nice, especially the evening hostess at the bar (I believe her name was Sue), and our room on the front side of the hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. ||On the downside, however, rooms and hallways were dated and a bit worn, there was no food and beverage service Sunday night (not sure if that’s every Sunday or just when we were there), the breakfast was a serve-yourself set up with selections that were more limited than you’d find at many Hampton Inns, and there was no table service at all. The only staff person who came close to our table at breakfast was someone cleaning the table next to us, with his backside against our table. The evening meals and service were, however, good.||In short, not a bad place at all, but some improvements are needed to match my usual Hilton Garden Inn experience.

Front desk staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. My only complaint is that the traffic around there is bad. It’s near the entrance to a busy shopping/ activity area, so getting out of the parking lot is often a pain. The parking lot wasn’t designed the best, so getting around and finding a place to park can be challenging on weekends.

The hotel has a very modest bar and patio, but they are very nice. The bartender, Sue, is so courteous and kind. She’s one of the reasons why I’d come back and choose this hotel when staying in Bloomington. Sue is the epitome of hospitality 😁

Great location and great staff. This staff is the most professional and customer service focus. Definitely would recommend fir professional and pleasure trip. The bartender and kitchen are on point. Food and drinks are a must.
