The woman at the front desk i believe her name is Brenda has does an amazing job with getting me or my family checked in. Her upbeat attitude along with caring for our needs makes us continue coming back. The rooms could be a bit more maintained by the clean up crew but they are alright. Itโs right by the mall so food and shopping even just around the hotel gives great options. The fitness room & pool is good for anyoneโs family & friends and thereโs free underground parking accessible from inside the hotel for those cold days. They even have cookies, hot chocolate, coffee & a decent breakfast to go with it so thanks to Brenda and the rest of the staff.
This is a wonderful hotel. The location is perfect for MSP air travel (before or after), visits to the Mall of America, or just about any other Twin Cities destination.||The rooms are large, clean, comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped. The beds and linens provide an excellent night’s rest. ||I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
Amanda was an outstanding receptionist who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home during our vacation. Her exceptional service made a huge difference in our stay, and she truly put the โHOMEโ in Home2 Suites. I always stay at this hotel when visiting Minneapolis. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. On this particular night, I witnessed a difficult guest yelling and being rude to others in the parking lot. The staff, Amanda and Amohad, handled the situation perfectly, de-escalating it with professionalism.
I love the location of the this particular place. The breakfast was great, the staff were really amazing to deal with also. Check in was a bit slow but we got in a little after midnight. The rooms were clean & spacious. Would recommend!
During the Crowd strike outage, it was difficult finding a room. After calling several places, my call was promptly answered by a friendly person named Julie, who was working the graveyard shift. They were kind, informative and efficient. I was checked in quickly and was able to rest after a long day at the airport. The room was extremely clean, spacious, and stocked with towels, utensils, paper towels, etc. Both shuttle drivers were also incredibly kind and were very responsive to pick up/drop off times. These 3 employees help me make the most out of a stressful situation.
Stayed for three nights. The location was perfect for our needs – easy drive into different areas of Minneapolis and St Paul. Close to Trader Joeโs and across from a market for grocery needs. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Gym was ok but not a lot to it. Werenโt able to try the pool because it was packed with a huge group the night we were free. Underground parking was fantastic with rainy weather. Close to a lot of fast food/quick service chain restaurants. Laundry machines worked well.
