My stay at JW Marriott Minneapolis Mall of America was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and impeccable service that truly elevated my experience.

The location is unbeatable, directly connected to the Mall of America, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel provides a serene and luxurious retreat, perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

My room was spacious, elegantly designed, and immaculately clean, featuring plush bedding, modern amenities, and a peaceful ambiance that ensured a restful stay. The upgraded suite I received as a Marriott Bonvoy Elite member was a wonderful perk, offering stunning city views and extra comfort.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of my stay was perfect. From the friendly front desk team to the attentive concierge, the service was truly world-class. The Executive Lounge was another highlight, offering delicious refreshments and a relaxing space to unwind. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the indoor pool is a great place to relax after a day of work.

This staff is the definition of customer service and care. Valet was professional and polite. Check in was seamless and the desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is beautiful with a giant bathroom and bathtub (my favorite). |The hotel is connected to the mall and is wildly convenient. There is a bar and restaurant on site, as well as an amazing fitness center. They have a nice pool albeit a bit cool. After, we left jackets in the room and I was so nervous they were gone forever – but the front desk staff located them and are shipping back to me. Very exceptional service from top to bottom. From someone who is always in a Marriott, and travels 3/4ths of the year – this is a very nice spot and I will be back.

Staffs are super nice and professional. I loved gym! it was clean and well equipped. Overall really clean and comfortable stay. Hallway was quit warm and hair dryer was all tangled so it was annoying🙂 you can access to the MOA from the hotel and cleanness was checked for sure! I would go stay here again for sure!

Stayed here for a single overnight during a short vacation in the area. Superb location, working as an excellent platform to spend a day at the Mall of America. Everything here is very nicely presented, though our room was kinda tiny. No complimentary breakfast, though there are breakfast options if you want to pay for it. It felt like people with money stay here. Those who are budget conscious may feel more comfortable elsewhere. A quality place to stay if you feel like spoiling yourself a little.

Great location attached to the mall. We usually stay at Radisson Blu (which is also attached) but due to recent decline in good reviews, decided to splurge for the JW since we were there celebrating a 16th birthday weekend. The hotel is beautiful, clean and well maintained. We arrived early afternoon and checked in. Our room was already ready, and Kristie and Karen made the stay extra special for us. They upgraded up to a higher floor which was amazing! Loved being away from the hustle and bustle. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The bathroom is huge with a full sized shower and separate tub. The sink area is large. The rooms are large, which is nice. We liked having the fridge to keep things cold if needed. The storage was great too.
The closet even had 2 bathrobes. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows for us. The sheets were NOT stained or anything, they were crisp, white and fresh. The only issues we noticed, the faucet was loose but worked fine. The toilet paper holder was loose and move up and down. The glass light on the table wasn’t dusted as you could see visible dust but everything else was SPOTLESS! We valeted the car, which was $34 a day but you can come and go as many times you need too, it was just easier having them valet than me doing it myself. The valet was great service and upon check out they had our vehicle waiting and warming up 🙂 Karen and Kristie sent a birthday card along with some special chocolates to the room for my daughter and she truly enjoyed those. We didn’t use the gym but it looked nice. The girls used the pool , which they enjoyed just wished the water was warmer 🙂 The pool area was clean and there were plenty of towels. The sitting area on the 2nd floor was nice and clean as well. It was fun watching the airplanes coming and going and all the mall traffic. It was a nice way to just relax. You could even bring food from the mall and sit and eat, there was plenty of room and tables/chairs etc. I was so surprised how clean everything was. We saw staff often keeping things clean and taking care of issues that arose, they did a wonderful job. The hotel is definitely nicer than the other one. It’s expensive but for us was worth it this weekend. We felt safe and truly enjoyed this birthday weekend. We also tried the chocolate cake slices one evening thru room service and it was really good! It was a great birthday treat and nice way to end of the evening. Room service kept us with fresh towels all weekend, removed our food tray the next morning and cleaned our room nicely. Thank you JW Marriott for making it a special trip.

Stayed for a weekend conference. The Elevators couldn’t keep up with the high traffic so resorted to the stairs. Only problem is the stairs from our room didn’t have a public exit on the floor where the meetings were. Parking was expensive and a hassle. Would have loved a microwave in the room too.

Excellent hotel with a convenient location. Near Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport and is connected directly to the Mall of America. Great accommodations and the only luxury hotel in the area. The front desk and the staff in the executive lounge were great! The rooms were nice and clean. Enjoyed the view of Downtown Minneapolis along the horizon. Highly recommend the JW Marriott.
