Amazing Service, I needed a new/lighter Bowling ball. The guy in the Pro Shop was very nice, couldn’t ask for better service! He was very precise in measuring and made sure everything fit properly. I bowled a couple of games with my new ball, all in a very short time. Now I just need to improve game!!!😁
Really enjoy this bowling alley! It’s always clean and enjoyable even when busy. The pro shop is an awesome add-on, we purchased bowling balls and accessories right in store and were able to get them sized just perfectly for our hands.
Our Church had an event AMF SouthTown Bowl. From start to finish the service and treatment we received was above awesome! Hector, Angel and Eric helped us with everything and made sure we were comfortable. They handled us with care, and before we could ask for anything they were a step ahead. We gave them 5 stars because they went above and beyond for us! Hector was an awesome manager, Angel was a great hostess and Eric did a great job with our food! Huge thanks to Becca at AMF for setting up our registration and event package. Everything was great! Thank you, we WILL be back!!!
Overall decent lanes and well kept establishment. Customer service was very poor and the cashier at the front desk was having a difficult time being polite while also maintaining alley policies. It was pretty late at this point so I can cut him some slack. Prices are steep compared to other alleys in Minneapolis.
