Great place! Easy booking site. Park on level 5 New York and walk right in. 2 item min inside so beware anything purchased at the bar doesn’t count. Great food options with vegan and gluten friendly items. Friendly staff and awesome comedians. Love having this place at the Mall. Great place to take a date or go with friends! Will be back.
Comedians were good. There was a requirement to order 2 menu items with tickets, selection is limited and food is not great. They only serve bottled water which of course is an extra cost. The server was very good but because of the awkward setup of the venue, it’s cramped and service took forever. The server who delivered the drinks of the people sitting next to me spilled part of one on my shirt. She quickly said “oh sorry” like it was no big deal and moved on. No offer of water or a cloth to try to wipe it up. I wouldn’t go here again. If you do go, I would stick with drinks only as the food really isn’t worth it.
I thought the location was easy to find and convenient. I was in time to get a good seat. I ordered chicken fingers and they were way too salty I could only eat half of the order. I ordered some Guinness, which came out in bottles and was flat. I discovered from the people around me that I had paid for “preferred seating” and they hadn’t, and no attention had been paid to anyone’s ticket designations, everyone was seated first come first serve, so I seemed to have paid for something that actually had no benefit to receive, so it seemed like I may have paid extra for nothing. The comedian was actually very funny, which was the main reason I went here. If I ever return to see another comedian, I probably won’t spend as much on food and drinks because honestly it should have been better. This place picks good acts to show, but the food and drinks were meh. Service was alright.
Fun venue. Pictures and videos are not allowed but snuck a photo before and after the show. Loved Trish Cooks Big Auntie Energy Show. Of course everyone loved Rachel. Very fun evening
