The Escape Game

Super fun time! I want to come back and do the other room types.

We were celebrating a quartet of birthdays (had 2 teams) and then made friends with someone else who had a birthday and joined our team 🙂 The staff signed birthday cards and hung a banner for the birthday persons!

Amazing amazing time and super fun puzzles!

Our host Finn was great. They did a nice job explaining how it all worked. Finn was told it was my Birthday, then asked 3 questions of me.
What’s your favorite color?
What’s your favorite animal?
What’s a favorite family activity?
Even though I just turned 59 I was presented with a hand draw card that Finn drew and was signed by the whole staff. It was such a a great touch to a fun night with my family plus a successful escape 😁

100% recommend this escape room company! They called us right before our time slot and helped us navigate where to park and enter the mall to reach them. Both the host and our game guide were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. The game we chose was “The Depths” about an abandoned sea lab where mysterious experiments were taking place. THIS WAS SUCH A WELL DONE ROOM! Great challenge level, wide variety of the types of puzzles to figure out, amazing decorations, high level of excitement while playing, and just really fun. We went to celebrate my birthday, and our game guide Cassie had made me a fantastic birthday card with really cool hand-drawn illustrations on it, which all of the people working today had signed. Just an overall stellar experience!! We will definitely be coming back!!!

My 2 daughters and I had a blast and we’ll definitely be back! Next time we’ll escape. Travis was awesome and made the whole thing a wonderful experience.

Had such a great time playing Prison break with our Game Guide Finn. My brother and sister in law booked this online for the day on New Years Eve. They’ve played this rook before but not everyone has. Our game guide was great and reached out when we needed help. It was pretty challenging and a lot fun. Located 3rd floor of the Mall of America and they’re open late!

This place is Legit! I went in with pretty high expectations but was still amazed at how sophisticated some of the challenges were! My team of 7 finished “The Heists” with only 3 minutes to spare! It was so much fun. I still can’t get over the amount of detail that goes into creating these rooms. Also Tommy, our game guide, did a phenomenal job helping us out with a few tips when we could find the next clue. Thanks Tommy! AND they wrote me a handwritten birthday card(:

I’ve been here a few times now and every time has been wonderful! The most recent time we had Kira as our game master and they were wonderful! We chose The Mars mission and the game was explained well and efficiently. Me and my partner had a great time escaping and figuring out the puzzles. First we did mars and once we finished we were congratulated and asked for feedback on the game. Kira seemed very eager to hear any and all feedback and explained why something might be that way. My partner and I decided to do the submarine room a little later that day after spending more time at the mall and Joshua was our game master that time and they did a fantastic job at explaining what would happen and helping us when we needed it. After we finished that room. We were congratulated by Kira again afterwards and asked for feedback. I love the way that the people here ask for it and take it so well, every person seems to be enjoying their time and doing their best to make sure everyone else is as well. Fantastic environment! I will definitely be going back to complete more rooms!

For our daughter’s birthday, she has ALWAYS wanted to do an escape room with us. My husband and I have never once completed an escape room just us 2 even though we’ve tried many, many, times lol and she was our luckiest charm! 3 of us later and we ESCAPED!

Our experience:
Our birthday girl decided she wanted to do the Escape Room as part of her present. So onwards we went to the 3rd level. My husband and I have been there a few times and booked out the entire room at a non-busy time to see if us two could ever solve one, we never did. She wanted to do the mars one and perfect! The booking time was just approaching and no one else had booked the room so away we went! (Husband and I had not played this room here before I should add that.) Bad with names but whoever checked us in- AMAZING 🤩

The game begins:

Our luckiest charm was running everywhere trying to figure out clues. We would have missed them if it wasn’t for her! She had so much fun running between Mom and Dad helping with what she could. You can’t beat that kind of memory with something of material sense.

The game room was really fun! At no point in time did any of us see what the next step was, which would have been making it too obvious. Which added more to the fun! We got it with a little less I think than 5 mins to spare! (Thank you soooo much to our game guide with the clues, ESPECIALLY at the last part, none of us in the room are apparently good at that certain subject 😅)

After we beat the game:

I almost started crying with the cute birthday card they made our daughter while we were playing the game. Our daughter is HUGE into making cards for others and the day prior we had just sent out birthday cards to kids who don’t have many friends who shared her birthday. For her to get one in return, she started tearing up in the car and said that she must be making a huge difference and now she has a card just like she makes for others. Which prompted us to let her to stay up a little bit longer that night to do a few more cards for other kids birthdays this upcoming week.
