These amazing people hosted our PTA fundraising event today. I to got deliver food as a volunteer. Led by Angie, this team was so on point. A behind the scenes view of best practices, temp checking foods, cleanliness, and most of all smiling as they served people was very refreshing. I believe attitude reflects management, and they nailed it! I think this has everything to do with the reason I have never had a bad meal here. If I was an owner I would be so proud of this team!
The courtesy of employees from ordering to delivery of the food was great. We asked the lady who brought our food to wait for us to check that our order was correct, and she waited with a smile. No rush. Makes customers feel great. That has no price tag on it. Great food too.
Rarely have I seen the employees at a fast food restaurant hustling like they were tonight at this Culver’s! They were working hard and with a smile — with several employees asking if I needed assistance. Way to set an example! And the food is delicious as well.
Culver’s is always good, and this location did not disappoint. The burgers were good and the chicken was good as well. Very crispy. The fries were hot and the drinks were very carbonated (just how I like them). I tried the root beer for the first time and I recommend it to all looking for a sweet root beer. The employees were very attentive and friendly, and they were also very helpful when we needed things. I knocked this location down a star because of the area. It seems kind of suspicious to me, and the people here are kind of “nuts.” My first occurrence (keep in mine both were within 5 minutes) was in the parking lot. I was parked in the main lot, and a very allegedly high man was talking to a passenger in the car to the left of mine. No problem, right? That was until he made me want to lock my doors and drive to the opposite side of the parking lot (literally happened). He did a weird dance in front of my window and wouldn’t stop. He was smoking some kind of cigarette, can’t really tell if it was marijuana, but he was blowing the smoke at my window. He kept doing the dance as I hastily pulled away, and seemed to be laughing in a weird way the whole time. He left me alone after that, but continued doing weird dances to other cars. He is pictured below, and if you see him, I suggest you pull away. When I pulled away, I stopped in a spot near the bus stop. There was a woman there, either allegedly high or mentally ill, arguing with a shopping cart (pictured below). I checked and she was not on the phone and she didn’t have headphones in. I genuinely don’t know what was going on with that one, but I probably would choose a different Culver’s if I could.
Our family of 6 stopped in after a long day of traveling about 10 minutes before closing time. It was surprisingly very busy but the staff was very helpful and cheerful. The facilities were clean and we walked away feeling like they had taken great care of us when they very well may not have wanted us to serve us so late.
Everything the way we ordered. On time, very nice employees. Customer service lacking with a lot of businesses, but not at this Culvers! Keep up the great work!
Gabby and Will provided the best customer service I have seen in quite some time. My reviews are normally negative but this location requires a spotlight due to its customer service. Everyone here has gone above and beyond to try and help customers. Nice job in a time where customer service is missing!
The elder lady, Nancy, who took my order, is always polite and upbeat! I usually stop there after work and it’s so refreshing to deal with Nancy. It’s hard to be down and upset after interacting with her.
