I was looking forward to the chicken tortilla soup…. It’s always been very good. Something changed…. Wasn’t the best, really had no taste. Bad batch? Changed the recipe? Not sure, but I won’t be ordering it again.
My friend and I Ordered the tomato basil soup, Asian Chile boneless wings, fiesta lime chicken and maple glazed grilled salmon. Loved everything we ordered. Good quantity and delicious food.
However, The booth we were seated at wasn’t properly cleaned. Service was a little sloppy but I think they made it up with their excellent quality of food.

It truly is like a local bar restaurant – where the servers know who you are! We love the manager Sue, and her team! Always great service!
So I gave it 4 stars because a waitress walked past and dropped ranch on my shoe, it took the lady about 30 mins to clean a table for 7 and the appetizers didn’t come out first (ice cream and cake for my sons’ birthday came out first)The manager was amazing. Food even the appetizers took a little bit longer than expected. My table had a blast we really had fun. The drinks were good.
I come to Applebees from time to time and every time that the manager Sue comes to see me no matter how busy the place is, if she is past her time off the clock, she will come see me, and she will hug me.
Mansi, a server of hers has offered only superb service, and was once a dance choreographer of mine from a one act play. Rekindling the memories has been nothing less than pleasant! The servitude has been top notch. I authentically hope to be served by him again in the future
Our server was amazing. Taking care of my wife and I very well during a packed night at the restaurant. Tiara was amazing. We appreciate having her as our server.
