Great place. Had the walleye and the carrot ginger soup. They went perfectly together.
Tried the popover for the first time. The honey butter was awesome. You could spread that stuff on anything, and it would make it taste great.

We stayed nearby and drove to the Mall of America to find a place for a drink. It lead us to FireLake Grill. Sitting at the bar, the service was spot on and the cocktails are professionally made. The whiskey selection is phenomenal, and the bartenders were very knowledgeable. Over two visits we had espresso martinis, old fashioned, Japanese whiskey and scotch, oh, and creme Brulee. Everything was delicious. Highly recommended if you need to get away from mall of America and grab a quality drink. We’ll try the food next time.

Lovely experience. The service was great. The food was delicious and sourced locally, very fresh. Had the dirty fries and the strawberry salad. Both were tasty, though I thought the croutons didn’t quite fit. The pockled veggies were very acidic, which I like but might not be for those who don’t. I would come back.

I had a really pleasant dining experience here! The food is pretty good, with a nice variety of flavors that cater to different tastes. The service is comfortable, striking a good balance between attentiveness and giving you space to enjoy your meal. The eating environment is fine—clean and well-maintained, though nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a nice meal out. Definitely worth visiting!

I end up going to Fire Lake annually when they host the MMS conference every May (great conference, by the way). They have very good drinks, food and service. On our last visit my buddy and I dropped the big bucks and a fancy Old Forester 1924 pour. It was amazing.

I had a wonderful breakfast experience at the FireLake Grill. The meal was delicious and service great. Trevor was my server and he was very friendly and professional, despite being very short staffed on that particular day. It’s staff like him that makes a great dining experience.

Great atmosphere to hang out and talk with friends.Often able to accommodate large groups with advance notice. Has some upscale entrees but also a basic burger. I come here regularly with friends and we never feel pushed out.
