Had the spinach and mushroom omelette at IHOP, and it was quite satisfying. The omelette was well-prepared, with fresh spinach and flavorful mushrooms that gave it a nice earthy taste. The dish was perfectly complemented by a side of sourdough bread, which was crispy and warm. However, the coffee was a bit of a letdown—it lacked depth and richness, and didn’t quite live up to the quality of the food. Overall, a delicious meal, but the coffee could use some improvement to round out the experience. The manager greeted us warmly as well our server was extremely tentative.
Felt bad for the waiter. 2 people the entire building. They were swamped. Disconnect between kitchen and waiter, almost every order was wrong. Was able to get most corrected by the end. They messed up my wife’s eggs, in a rush to fix they came out runny in the middle. 2 of 6 served drinks, had to ask for the others as food came. Bacon was undercooked. Attached a photo of what bacon should look like cooked.
We are from Oklahoma, the prices out here must be more expensive because even IHOP was. Johnny was an amazing server, we would go back just because his service was the best! We do not receive service. This is great in Tulsa Oklahoma, so thank you so much! Johnny! Interestingly the bathrooms have locks on them, which is interesting.. You need to get a staff member to give you the code or let you in. The food was great, and I definitely would go back!
Amazing truly breathtaking!
Food great, the chocolate chip pancakes where like none other (besides my mothers).
Service phenomenal, Stephanie was our server and she was very lively and fun for it being 1 in the morning.
Can say the atmosphere during christmas is amazing it felt like I was on break as an elf in the north pole with my chef being more smaller elf’s.
Safe to say if i’m hungry and want pancakes at 1 in the morning this is the place i’ll come to.

This Ihop was really slow and they charged extra because we had more than 5 people. The bathroom wasn’t free use, you had to ask for a code which is really inconvenient. They served people who arrived after us, they were given their food before us. We had to wait about 30-45 minutes for our food because we were a big group of people, but the wait was worth it, the food was very good. The server we had was kind of rude and took our menus before we were done looking at it. We had to wait 10 minutes for the waiters to us our check. I recommend going for the food but no the service.
The service was surprisingly slow, which was disappointing considering they weren’t very busy at all. The food came out incredibly quickly, however which was nice. The omellete was incredible! The pancakes were flavorless and not good. Toast was dry and the quality of the bread was underwhelming. I’m traveling for work and had nearly the same meal the day prior at a Perkins. The difference in taste and cost was significant. This meal without tip was $35 here, where the cost at Perkins was $24.57.
Pulled in and found close parking, walked in to a full waiting room and put my name in. Super nice gentleman greeted etc. I took a seat and then was startled by this HORRIBLY loud PA system that announces when tables are ready. It was the worst thing I’ve heard in a long time, can’t imagine if I was sensitive to sounds.
Anywho, my name was called and I was seated. Clean tabletop, unfortunately I sat unnoticed for 14 minutes.. Finally the super nice gentleman noticed and told the server to get to her table. Thank goodness he noticed, I would’ve sat there all day I think. The server finally acknowledged my presence and seemed pretty flustered. She kept calling me honey and didn’t even apologize for the wait. She wasn’t my favorite(older with shorter hair, space-cadet)
Food came shortly after ordering and I wasn’t pleasantly surprised! Everything looked and tasted great, hit the spot for sure.
Besides the bad service I’d say this place is worth another visit because of the food
