I had the blackened fish tacos which were fantastic. I also recommend the garden salad- it was one of the best I’ve had. Fresh spinach, carrot slices, baby tomatoes, romaine – nothing wilted. The French fries were thin cut and crispy – very very good. I don’t recommend the green beans. They were squishy and luke warm with an insane amount of garlic. They looked wonderful but didn’t taste good at all. My husband had the jambalaya. He said it was ok but “MN spicy” and the andoulli sausage was sliced very thin. He wouldn’t order it again. The other orders at the table were a lobster roll “very good” and Mediterranean salad without the red pepper flakes – clean plate club.
We loved the atmosphere here! We were able to have a long comfortable visit over a good meal. The ambiance is beautiful, like a fancy restaurant without the fancy prices. It’s quiet enough for conversation even when very busy. Service is wonderful and prompt. While not all the food is 5 star, if you pick correctly – there are definitely some winners on the menu. We’ll go back again.
All their sauces and dressings are scratch-made.
We also had the Lobster Roll 🦞 I enjoyed the taste, and it was served with drawn butter and fries. The person who ordered it said she’ll never get it again. They charge $25.00 and she said it was half the size she gets at other places and didn’t like their choice of bun.
I thought mine was priced well.
Our food was delectable. We started out sharing the lobster bisque, rich creaminess with the right amount of lobster. Next, we shared the fried veggies and the daily bread. Lastly, for our entree, my husband had the shrimp and grits, and I had the Korean chicken tacos.
The bread was standard fare, the veggies had a unique preparation and fresh flavor. My husband really enjoyed his entree, and I was extremely happy with the flavor of the Korean taco sauce, but a bit disappointed that the chicken was a chicken finger dressed up.
