5 stars because 6 or more was not an option. The smell as we entered was amazing! Hot and sour soup was very spicy but delicious. We shared a mandarin beef which we thouroughly enjoyed. Even the rice tsmelled and tasted wonderful! For large groups, there are big round tables with turntables in the center to share. A great place!
Minnesota you know what your doing when it comes to food. This place was fantastic. The waiter was so helpful and very prompt with all service. And the food just topped it off. Lobster roast duck and pan fried noodles. The servings are abundant. And the prices are great. I cant wait to come back to Minnesota and enjoy this resturaunt again!
I love the dim sum at this restaurant, but unfortunately, I didn’t make it in time for the weekend service before leaving Minnesota. However, the lunch experience was still excellent.
I ordered the Beef Stew With Daikon & Chu Hou Paste Hot Pot (柱侯蘿蔔牛腩煲). The portion was very generous and the flavor was rich and sweet. As a fitness enthusiast, I almost couldn’t finish it by myself. The only improvement would be if the daikon could absorb the flavors a bit more.
The waiter was very polite and fluent in both English and Chinese, which made the experience even better.
If I have the chance to return, I‘ll definitely visit again.
Definitely the best Dim Sum in the twin cities! It’s crazy busy in there and not the cleanest but the experience is still great. If we ever have the time to go get in line for a table on the weekends then we go here. Plan to wait for a table. Sometimes the line is around the building! If you get there too late they will run out of some options.
The food here is absolutely delicious! The service is excellent, and the staff is very attentive and friendly. The ambiance of this restaurant is so inviting and authentic. It really enhances the dining experience. I can tell that the chefs here put a lot of care and skill into their cooking. Every bite is a delight.
Outstanding Asian food! We ordered an entire table of food for just 4 of us and it was hard to pick a winner because everything was so delicious! Best pan-fried dumplings and they are huge. The pork with crispy skin is a must try. If you like walnut shrimp be ready for an amazing treat. The service was absolutely perfect. Our waiter took the time to recommend a variety of dishes. Really outstanding service!
Authentic dim sum. Food was solid, but I was longing for more noodle dishes, fried/BBQ foods and meats. Plenty of dumplings and buns. The service was great! Dim sum gets very busy – so much so that people are waiting by the door and a line forms outside. Parking is tight. The tab for five people was $250 or so. Great experience overall, but it’s honestly expensive to buy everything a la carte without knowing if the plate you get is good or not.
Would rather go to all-you-can-eat sushi/hibachi or hotpot/Korean BBQ. Mandarin Kitchen is good, but the value isn’t there.
My partner and I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant. Our waiter, Paul, was excellent—friendly, attentive, and gave us great menu recommendations. I ordered the lobster, and my partner had the fried intestines. Both dishes were fantastic, and they even brought out a complimentary house soup, which was a nice touch.
The service was seamless. The staff operates like a well-oiled machine—our order was taken quickly, and the food arrived shortly after. They were very attentive, ensuring our drinks were refilled and checking in when needed. At the end of our meal, they packed everything up for us with care.
The food is authentic and delicious, and the overall experience was fantastic. We’ve been fortunate to visit this place twice—once on Christmas Eve after flying back from Boston (since it’s conveniently close to the airport and open), and again a few weeks later while heading to the cities.
Great staff, great food, and great hospitality. Highly recommend this restaurant!
