A few of the orders we had in pictures were all delicious. The toast with the mussels was excellent. It’s very tasty. The lobster was good also. Basically, all entries ordered tastes great. The prices were a little high, but it was worth it. Perfect for special occasions. Highly recommended.
This seafood based restaurant is amazing. The atmosphere is light and full, the staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We went for restaurant week and a few of our party of 7 ordered off that menu. I on the uther hand went with the Jambalaya and was not disappointed. I have had Jambalaya at Mothers restaurant in New Orleans, and this was far superior. Keep up the good work.
We had oysters on the half shell and they were delicious. We also ordered the Aji poke and it came with this wonderful rice underneath it. It is absolutely to die for and so yummy so balanced and the whiskey list was awesome. Great place.
I will say, every time I’m in the Bloomington area I have to go to this place for drinks and dinner. The service is amazing and the food is always spot on. I love coming here for Sunday brunch, for a great lunch, and also for an amazing dinner. Don’t sleep on Smack Shack is all I can say…..go and enjoy. B
First timer and very enjoyable. The Spanish Paella was full of flavor and a healthy serving. Great service.
Really good time over here. I’ve been twice and have been good both times. Will likely go again when I’m nearby. We hard the boil for two. Was really tasty, but we felt we could have had a better value getting 2 separate boils. Will have to check on that later. Crab cakes were tasty but a bit too small to split. Plenty of parking nearby. Wasn’t too busy on the Monday we went. We were there around lunchtime.
I could definitely reccomend this place to anyone.

We had a wonderful experience and we are planning on returning again soon. Jeff is a great bartender and his recommendations were spot on. Overall, 5 star food and service. Its worth your time and your money to check this place out. Thanks Jeff for being awesome!
Lots of dining space. Indoor and outdoor. Friendly servers. Lobster bisque is a must try. Not the best I’ve had but it’s on my top 5 list. Lobster rolls are worth the money. Connecticut style is my fav! And you can king size it! Shrimp cocktail is a heavenly display of JUMBO shrimp! Drinks are pretty average. Not strong not weak. Friday night and Saturday nights after 10 is for you if your into live Dj and fun social atmosphere.
