What to expect –
Join us for a fun, 45-minute workout courtesy of F45 Training Eagan and Inver Grove Heights! This F45-inspired circuit workout will combine both strength and cardio-focused exercises and is sure to be a sweaty FUN time! Open to all fitness levels, ages 16+.
Our experienced F45 trainers, Tiffany and Ashley, will create a fun and inclusive environment, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and supported throughout the session.
F45 for all levels: Whether you’re a fitness junkie or new to working out, our class will be tailored to accommodate all skill levels. Modifications will be provided to suit individual needs.
